This villa sleeps up to 10 people.
The villa comprises a large living/dining room with lounge seating for 8 and a dining table and 8 chairs. This area leads onto a large terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs, sun loungers and an umbrella.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.
There are four air-conditioned bedrooms (all twins). Three of the bedrooms are upstairs and two have en-suite shower rooms. There is also a master bathroom. All three of the upstairs bedrooms have balconies. One of the bedrooms is downstairs with an ensuite. There is also an additional shower room downstairs. There is a sofabed in the living room that can sleep two.
Allocated parking is provided.
The villa has a private 10x5 m swimming pool. Sun beds and an umbrella are provided.
Additional features of the villas include local satellite TV, video, radio, hair-dryer, barbecue, iron and ironing board. A travel cot is also provided.
Linen is provided but not beach towels
The nearest shops and restaurants are 500m and the main tourist area 2km.
The complimentary use of a classic Mercedes is included in the rental price of the villa subject to a £6.50 per day insurance supplement.
Free one-way airport transfer from Paphos airport is included in the price.
