The town of Coral Bay is well served by a range of restaurants, bars (most equipped with large screen TV to allow you to watch all the major sports events in convivial surroundings), supermarkets, bank, pharmacy and doctor’s surgery as well as jewellers, souvenir shops and a local taxi service. En route to the village, a 10 minute walk, you will pass one of the best beaches in the Paphos District which is one of the few in the area which has been awarded the coveted Blue Flag for its high standards of cleanliness and safety.

| Notes: | The villa has been built on 2 floors to the highest standards using only the best available materials. Air Conditioned throughout, the villa also has blinds to all windows offering an alternative means of keeping the villa cool during the long hot summer. Large balconies to front and rear of the first floor offer an ideal area to take your ease and enjoy the wonderful views whilst enjoying a long, or short if you prefer, cool drink! The large ground floor patios, which are furnished with top quality table and chairs, are ideal for ‘al fresco’ meals and are sufficient for 8 people to dine together. Around the larger than average pool sun lounger’s and umbrellas are provided. A Welcome Pack is provided which contains all the basic immediate needs so that you don’t have to head for the supermarket immediately on arrival. Maid service is provided on a once a week basis. |
Essential Information
Check in times is from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival and the villa must be vacated by 11.00 hrs on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made. This villa is well equipped with all the requirements for an enjoyable relaxing holiday. Bed linen and hand/bath towels are supplied please bring you own beach towels. Extra z-beds, cots, high chairs and buggies etc. are available at a small extra charge. A small welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, bread, milk, jam/marmalade and orange juice is supplied. 24 hr assistance is available during your stay to help with any problems or information you may require, and assistance & recommendations with booking trips and excursions etc. Ian, Lynne and Dick, who are on call have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years and have a vast amount of local knowledge and will give you every assistance to make this a holiday to remember.
