Paphos International Airport is 20km away (25 minutes), and the nearest large town is Paphos located less than 10 minutes by car which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good nightlife.

  • Airport Transfers & Car Hire : Upon your arrival, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Alternatively, if you hire a car for your holiday, I can recommend a close friend who will give you a good deal on car hire. He can also meet you at the airport and drive you to the villa at no extra cost if it is from Paphos Airport. If you mention to him that you have booked your villa through Chris he will give you the best deal possible.

There is a large open plan living and dining area with seating for 6 and TV. There are 3 bedrooms in total with 1 double and 2 twin with 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Two of the bedrooms lead onto the balcony which overlooks the pool area below. There are private grounds, private off-street parking, and patio area, and a completely private swimming pool. Full collection of outdoor furniture including sunbeds and umbrellas.

WHY CHOOSE THIS VILLA ?: This villa will appeal to those who seek exceptional levels of comfort, privacy, own pool, and who want to be located within a very short walk of a large number of restaurants, tavernas, bars, cafes, supermarkets, and the sandy beach of Coral Bay.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: Our preferred changeover day is Wednesday. This has been forced upon us by the airline companies which run the bulk of their flights from the UK into Paphos on a Wednesday to Wednesday basis. If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take the villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days. To secure a villa booking we ask for a down payment of 25% and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made to us via either a cheque drawn on a UK bank or by direct bank transfer. We would be happy to provide you with airport transfers or a quote for car hire.

We have just returned from Atalanta villa and had a fabulous holiday. The villa was perfect, location excellent and all facilities you could require. Assistance was always on hand when required and any minor problems quickly and efficiently dealt with. We would definitely recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a quiet location very close to shops and bars. Perfect - thanks very much.
