| Notes: | Ground Floor: Entry is via a very spacious lounge/dining area which is comfortably furnished. The dining area is provided with a table and seats 6 with ample ‘elbow room’. For your entertainment the living room is equipped with TV, Satellite (local not Sky) DVD Player (so bring your favourite DVDs with you) and a Music system including cassette, radio and CD player. Leading off the living room is a ground floor double bedroom with twin single beds and en-suite with walk in shower, hand basin and WC. This feature and the easy wheelchair access to Villa Isabella make it especially suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Details of the area
The villas are excellently situated for a relaxing holiday around a well-maintained pool with sun-loungers umbrellas etc. For the more energetic the best sandy beach in the area is only a 5-minute walk away and the bars, tavernas and shops are a 3-minute walk away. Kato Paphos, the main tourist area is a 15-minute drive away with its pretty harbour surrounded by bars, tavernas and restaurants. There are many shops to browse around and further round the bay there are more bars and clubs many open until the early hours. A 15 minute drive brings you to the beautiful Akamas Peninsula, a very quiet and unspoilt area which is ideal for walking, fishing, painting, bird and wildlife watching or just lazing in one of the deserted coves or bays. 2 golf courses are situated in the area, 1 a 20 minute drive away, the other 40 minutes away. General Conditions
Check in times is from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival and the villa must be vacated by 11.00 hrs on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made. This villa is well equipped with all the requirements for an enjoyable relaxing holiday. Bed linen and hand/bath towels are supplied please bring you own beach towels Extra z beds, cots, high chairs and buggies etc. are available at a small extra charge. A small welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, bread, milk, jam/marmalade and orange juice is supplied 24 hr assistance is available during your stay to help with any problems or information you may require, and assistance & recommendations with booking trips and excursions etc. Ian and Lynne who are on call have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years and have a vast amount of local knowledge and will give you every assistance to make this a holiday to remember.
