Description: Luxury villa located in a prime position in 'Coral Bay'. The property is situated IMMEDIATELY in front of the pebble beach and has magnificent and unobstructed view of the sea. Accommodation: Open plan marble floored living room/dining room with stunning sea views and patio doors leading to swimming terrace. An L-shaped lounge seating and an 8 seater dining table. On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 1with en-suite shower room and the other has separate bathroom. Both rooms have a direct access to the sea facing balconies. Ground floor: twin bedroom comes with separate bathroom and the last en-suite twin room on the lower ground floor has it own access to the pool. Air-conditioning and central heating are included in the price but heated pool (with supplement) - so the villa can be enjoyed in comfort all year round.

    SECURITY DEPOSIT:
    GBP£100 refundable security deposit will be collected with the final payment.

    35% deposit is required to secure the accommodation. The balance will be due 3 months after booking. If the booking is made less than 3 months in advance of arrival date then full payment is required. If balance is not pay within 3 days of it being due, then owner reserve the right to cancel villa booking without any refund.

Third time myself and seven friends have stopped there. Great views, very peaceful, great location.

Try the Blue Olive for lunch or evening meal - Coral King excellent food and service. The pool man and Ann and Ray really look after you. Roll on 2009 - yes - we will be back. The only downside to this holiday is Paphos airport - they are understaffed and you shoud expect delays - we did! and we were not disappointed - it varies from two to four hours - but that is the only complaint we had.

What a location

The villa facilities are excellent, very clean, the views are magnificent, it was so nice to wake up and sit having breakfast with the sea just a few metres away. It is an excellent base for a holiday in this area, with much to see and do. The main street of Coral Bay is just a short walk away (slightly uphill) where there are many bars and restaurants of all types. Jackie and Kevin (villa managers) were just wonderful. We found a lovely sandy beach about 3-4 miles away (going back towards Pafos), next to the Helios Appartments. There is little home made sign saying Sandy Beach, track is very bumpy but the beach is worth it.
A very relaxing environment, and certainly a touch of luxury.

The pictures do not really do the place Justice.

Location: Pretty much perfect with fantastic views and so close to the sea you can hear the waves when you are in bed. A 5 minute stroll to the center of Coral bay. There is a hill and some steps but for 99% of the population with not pose much of a challenge, if i can manage it being as unfit as you can get with a 6 month old then so can everyone else, except the disabled and very elderly.

Villa:Its got everything you could possibly need and very clean/well maintained.All rooms are of a good/large size and you have more bathrooms than you can shake a stick at. Aircon everywhere and pretty much no shortage of anything. The AV equipment has seen better days but it worked and i dont think that will matter to most.

Managers: Awesome, friendly ,helpfull and always at hand if you get stuck with anything...damn child proof oven :)

Owner: Helpful, communacative friendly etc.. :)

Would recommend to anyone.

Won't comment on Coral Bay as its pretty futile as eveyone has different tastes likes etc..so do a bit of googling :D plenty of places to eat and drink though and it was all good! Also the weather we had in the first week of October was spot on, not far off cloudless blue skys the entire week and about 30degs.. happy days.

A lovely villa in a fantastic location, with the most perfect views imaginable.
Waking every morning to unobstructed views of the sea, was definitely a sight for sore eyes (or heads ?).
Only a short walk (5 mins) from Coral Bay's Bars, restaurants and shops, this villa is ideal for Families, Friends or even Couples.
Villa Kasparin is very clean and well maintained, Jackie and Kevin (villa managers) were fantastic and always on hand if needed.
For dining out, we suggest a few Restaurants of interest:
Samisen - Japanese cuisine and a fantastic dining experience.
Andria, Corallo, La Vina and Rio Grande are some of the finer restaurants.
A short bus ride away just before you reach Paphos was Oliveto and Chloes, two excellent restaurants we seriously recommend.
Other attractions of interest and only a bus ride/short drive are Paphos Harbour and Aphrodite Water Park which was great fun - but be careful on the Kamikaze (I ripped my shorts to bits).
All in all, a delightful holiday and would certainly return.

The villa is well provided, maitained and located. The villa manager was especially helpful and thoughtful.
The villa is only suitable for a disabled person if they have some reasonable degree of mobility as even the ground floor is on 2 levels. The village is only 5 mins away but it is accessed via a very steep hill(50+steps)
A car is not essential as bus service is good during day but would be useful particularly for less able.
The owner too provided a helpful and efficient booking service
Be prepared, the prices in Cyprus are not cheap and that is not only because of a poor Sterling/Euro exchange rate, although Opthalmic prescriptions are cheaper to have made up..
