Paphos International Airport is 20km away, and the nearest large town is Paphos located less than 10 minutes by car which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good nightlife.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please note that the rental rates are inclusive of the use of air conditioning.
  • Our preferred changeover day is Wednesday. This has been forced upon us by the airline companies which run the bulk of their flights from the UK into Paphos on a Wednesday to Wednesday basis. However, if this is inconvenient we will do our best to be accommodating. If you would like to provisionally reserve a villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take your chosen villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days. To secure a villa booking we ask for a down payment of 25% and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. We would be happy to provide you with airport transfers or a quote for car hire.

Notes: The villa has been furnished to the highest standards and includes all modern comforts. The lounge area has been furnished with leather sofas, 29' SKY TV, and the dining area has a matching wooden/leather dining table and chairs. The kitchen is modern and has been equipped with all the modern utilities that one would expect of a luxury villa, including washing machine and dish washer. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and have fitted wardrobes. Outdoors, there is a completely private 5m X 10m swimming pool, a complete set of sunbeds and a dining area for six persons.

Why Choose This villa ?: This villa will appeal to guests who would like to located within a short walk of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and supermarkets. The villa is also within a short walk of the sandy beach of Coral Bay.

Airport Transfers & Car Hire: Upon your arrival, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Alternatively, if you hire a car for your holiday, I can recommend a close friend who will give you a good deal on car hire. He can also meet you at the airport and drive you to the villa at no extra cost if it is from Paphos Airport. If you mention to him that you have booked your villa through Chris he will give you the best deal possible.

Just wanted to say a big Thank You for our recent holiday in one of your villas in Coral Bay. We had a great time and loved Coral Bay and Paphos harbour. The villa was fantastic with a lovely big private swimming pool. The villa was ideally located just a couple of minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and bars of Coral Bay and a short bus journey to Paphos. A fantastic Holiday

Thank you for a very relaxing holiday at the Hestia Villa, this is our first villa and we shall never go back to an apartment again. The Villa was very spacious, clean, air-conditioned and provided everything including a safe.I even managed to do all my holiday washing before I came home. The pool was wonderful,(shallow at one end gradually sloping down to the deep end) our 9 year old son did not want to leave as he had such a great time in there). The area was very safe, people left windows and doors open and keys in cars. There were a lot of good restaurants, we recommend the (Elephant Restaurant, Andria, La Trattori, Serlaini, Blue Reef ask for scotch Robbie, he was very helpfu).. If you want a good night out then go and see Elvis at the Millenium Bar, he was fantastic, also Charlie who welcomes you in there was great too, giving you lots of advice. The supermarkets provide a lot of English products and are not too expensive. The beach is not too far and provides sunbeds and parasols to hire. We did not hire a car as everything was within walking distance and the bus service runs every fifteen minutes, costs about six euros per family. and is air conditioned. Our contact at holiday rentals has been very helpful and provided answers to all our questions. Once again thank you for a great, stress free holiday and will be back soon. Jacki, Peter & Joshua.
