Paphos International Airport is 20km away, and the nearest large town is Paphos located less than 10 minutes by car which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good nightlife.

The lounge area has been furnished with leather sofas, 29' SKY TV, and the dining area has a matching wooden/leather dining table and chairs. The kitchen is modern and has been equipped with all the modern utilities that one would expect of a luxury villa, including washing machine and dish washer. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and have fitted wardrobes. Outdoors, there is a completely private 5m X 10m swimming pool, a complete set of sunbeds and a dining area for six persons.

Why Choose This villa ?: This villa will appeal to guests who would like to located within a short walk of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and supermarkets. The villa is also within a short walk of the sandy beach of Coral Bay.

BOOKING INFORMATION: If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take the villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days in order to offer some ‘breathing space’. - Once you have found suitable flights, to secure a villa booking we ask for a downpayment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made to us via either a cheque drawn on a UK bank or by direct bank transfer. - Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement.

CAR HIRE & AIRPORT TRANSFERS: If you would like to hire a car for your holiday, we recommend a local company which will offer you a great deal on car hire. Included in their service, they meet you at the airport (Paphos) and deliver the car to you there. You can then follow them to the villa where they will hand over the keys to the property. This means that you will save an average of € 110.00 for the arrival and return journey to the airport in taxi fares. Their car hire rates are very attractive and we have always been encouraged by the reviews posted to us by previous guests. Alternatively, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. very nice,easy for shops restaurants didnt need car.Beach easy to walk to.Kitchen could have been better equipped,and a broom would have been useful.If you texted the man he was very good came straight away.Overall a very good stay.
Owner's Response: Customer comments are always welcome and this one in particular as it has a recommendation which we have picked up on immediately. The kitchen eqquipment has now been carefully examined and we have provided for a complete set of kitchen utensils which have been replaced. Once again many thanks for your kind words and suggestions.

Relaxing

Thank you to first options again for a wonderful holiday, last year stayed in the Hestia opposite, but actually preferred the Thalia. The villa was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, there was bread, milk, water and other essentials on our arrival in the fridge. The taxi driver who collected us and dropped us off was very nice too. We had 2 fantastic weeks, walked up to the Millenium bar on our first evening there and was greeted by Charlie and scottish Robbie who we met last year and recongnised us straight away. Ate at the Blue Coral, Tex Mex, Andria, Elephant and Trattoria, once again recognised by the staff from last year and were made most welcome. Thank you to Rod who met us the next morning and told us about the new supermarket just 5 mins up the road, which was a lot cheaper than the 2 supermarkets on the high street. If you walk past the Angelena supermarket and turn right up the next road past the crazy golf you will see the new supermarket in front of you, (Philiphos) well worth walking the extra, as the prices were so much cheaper and the variety a lot better too, they sell a lot of english products. Rod also sorted out the pool for us.
This is our second holiday here and will definately becoming back next year.

Holiday Heaven

Just returned from a week at the Thalia Villa and a fantastic holiday! After a long flight with an 8 month old we arrived to a lovely bottle of wine on all the table and all the basics, milk, bread etc in the fridge! The villa was immaculate, modern, and had everything we needed, pool was fabulous and cleaned regularly by Rod, who is a font of all knowledge and if you need anything, just ask him! Nothing was to much trouble, we requested travel cots and highchairs for the babies and these were waiting for us on arrival. Location was great, a quick 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We hired a car, which I would really recommend doing! There are so many sights and beaches to see it would cost a fortune using taxis! Paphos harbour is beautiful and has some lovely restaurants, is a 15 minute drive so again, need a hire car. We had a fantastic holiday and a week wasn't long enough, will be hoping to return next year and stay in the Thalia Villa again! Would have no hesitations in recommending this villa to anyone!
