Bay View Villa is located in the heart of Coral Bay with views of the bay and the Mediterranean sea. There are also stunning views from the rear of the villa of the mountains. The first floor offers 2 large bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single divan beds. Both bedrooms open onto large balconies with stunning sea and mountain views. There is an upstairs bathroom. On the ground floor there is both a sofa bed and a futon bed if more sleeping accommodation is required. It is of a spacious open plan design, with ample seating space and has a fully equipped modern kitchen. There is a downstairs WC. Patio doors lead out to the large private swimming pool at the rear of the property with landscaped gardens, patio furniture, sun loungers and a outdoor solar heated shower. The villa is fully air conditioned and has marble flooring throughout. This exclusive villa is in a development of 12 villas and is a 5 minute walk to the Coral Bay beaches,shops and restaurants.

Bay View villa is located on an elevated site overlooking the famous clear blue waters of Coral bay. The bay has one of the finest stretches of golden sandy beaches in the area. Coral bay is situated 8 km to the west of Paphos town and the beautiful harbour of kato paphos where the medieval fortress is worth a visit as well as the Tomb of the Kings. In the hills overlooking coral bay is the village of Peyia with its village square and excellent tavernas. Further west is the wildlife sanctuary of the Akamas and the famous sea caves area is nearby. For those looking for adventure Coral bay waters are ideal for snorkelling, banana boating, and other water sports. Coral bay is well served with buses and taxis into Paphos and the picturesque little fishing harbour at Kato Paphos where fresh fish is served each evening and the traditional Cypriot Meze. Coral bay has a good selection of restaurants, bars, banks, shops, doctors surgery, bakery and several supermarkets.

Notes to the rental rates

  • A 25% deposit is required in British pounds sterling to secure the booking with the balance paid by cheque 2 months before the arrival date. An additional 100.00 returnable damage deposit is also paid at this stage and returned in full 2 weeks after the departure date of the holiday provided there are no damages. All moneys should be made payable to Mr S Woodrow. Reasonable use of air conditioning is included in the rate. There will be an additional charge for excessive use.
    Baby cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost if required.

There are three golf courses that are situated around Paphos. 1. Aphrodite hills golf course is an 18 hole championship golf course and club house close to the birthplace of Aphrodite with stunning sea views. 2. Secret valley golf club which is as the name suggest is in a valley and is only visible when approached through its private access road again it is a 18 hole golf course with club house. 3. Tsada golf club which is 18 hole golf course situated near the village of Tsada. At the top of the Troodos mountain range there is a small ski slope for snow skiing, snow permitting in the months of January and February. Near the beginning of the Akamas Peninsula is the spring fed baths of Aphrodite and in Paphos itself there are the ancient sites of the Tomb of the Kings, Mosaics of Paphos, and the House of Dionysos. So rich is Paphos in cultural treasures that it is included in UNESCO's list of world cultural hertige sites.
