We think an ideal location as just a 5 minute walk to the one of the best blue flag beaches, easily accessible to the bars/restaurants but still far enough away to gain privacy, peace and relaxation. Situated on a private estate, Denbies is 250m from the beach, a few minutes walk to the nearest bar/restaurant and 15/20 min walk to Coral Bay main strip. Round the corner from Coral Bay hotels offering indoor swimming, thalasso spa treatments,etc. A bus service just around the corner that takes you to Paphos Market, Main Harbour and historical sites. The villa is single storey, a classic chalet design, large spacious rooms with high ceilings. A sunny poolside terrace at the back surrounded by Hibiscus hedges and a front terrace to enjoy the sunset. Denbies is fully equipped with high quality fixtures and fittings. It has a very homely feeling and it is situated in a very welcoming neighbourhood.

Paphos is on the south-west coast of the island. Coral Bay is very popular holiday resort about 10 km north from Paphos old town and just south of the picturesque sea caves. It has a collection of blue flag fine-grained sandy beaches. Coral Bay village has a lively strip of restaurants, bars, night clubs and shops. Denbies has a beautiful costal walk right from its doorstep, rent a bike and hug to the coast to cycle up to the Agios Georgios, take a 15min drive to Akamas Nature reserve, one hour drive to Troodos mountains, 30 min drive to 3 great golf courses. Denbies is situated on a small estate. At front of the house is a field and open sky, to one side of the house is the distant hillside of Peyia, the other side of the house is where you will find a lovely 5 minute walk to the sea where the cliffs shelve down into rock pools. Behind the villa, either a short or longer walk will take you to Corriellia Beach or Coral Bay beach.

fantastic holiday

We had two fantastic weeks. Villa is so clean and with taste and the neighbourhood is so nice, and find everything you need in kitchen even for litle kids. I liked drink my coffee on terace and swimming in pool and my litle children enjoyed all the toys and DVD . You will find more that is in description, shows the concern of the owners for this quests to feel like home. We wish to come back soon. I recommend this beautiful villa with no hesitation. If you want to go in Cyprus, Paphos , Denbies villa is the ideal home. May 2009

Villa is very spacious with lovely pool. Lots of extras eg lilos, cool bag, games, CD's etc. Very clean. Welcome pack was gratefully received. Good location. Had a very relaxing holiday. Thanks.
