Additional information about rental rates

  • The above prices are based on eight persons sharing (including children) per day. All bookings are normally from Wednesday to Wednesday although this is flexible. A group B car-hire with third party insurance is included with the villa rental, CDW insurance (compulsory) is an additional £6.50 per day. To up-grade to a larger car or for additional cars, prices on request. Normal collection point is Paphos Airport, Larnaca Airport - details on request. Air conditioning is available payable locally (if necessary) at CYP2.50 per day per unit. However Kathikas village being 700 meters above sea level is generally cooler throughout he summer months and most clients have it not necessary outside the main 4/5 week hot season. The above rates therefore reflect this in the costings.
  • Linen is provided and a maid service once per week. The property is booked from 14.00 pm on the day of arrival through to 12.pm on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable eight weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £85 must be paid in advance before your arrival. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage. Please note also that we have available on-line ticketing for scheduled flights to and from UK please email for a quote.
  • For up to 4 persons there is a 10% discount.

This is the second time we have rented this villa,the property is well maintained and has all the amenities you could need,the kitchen is very well fitted and has everything you could want. very good customer service from everybody involved, for us the villa is very well located to Kathikas and as described ten minutes from Coral Bay which is a beautiful beach.A great place to relax and chill feels like home from home for us we hope to return next year.

we only spent one week at villa frosso but wished we had booked two, our group aged between 21 to 52 we would all return here for another holiday, the villa was just right, very relaxing, village just a short stroll away

A first class villa

I have just read the last review and feel it to be totally unfair I would like to say just how much we enjoyed ourselves and found the villa to be very clean and the owners very helpful.

This is a first class place to stay, in a superb situation. The accommodation is of excellent quality. All amenities are provided, the beds are superb. Also we have a lovely welcome pack for free, with local wines and traditional breakfast.

I would certainly recommend this villa to anyone wanting family holidays in a quite environment in the lovely island of Cyprus.

The villa was ok but not as clean as I would have liked.

Got the villa at a reduced price as it was a last minute deal. Unfortunately the car was NOT included as stated and had to pay 190 euros! As you can hire a car for a week for much less was clearly used to make up for reduced rate of the villa.

It was so hot and the owner could not put on air con as he was on a cruise. (lucky him) If anything had happened that needed fixing while we were there it would have had to wait until he finished his cruise - not ideal!!

Would not recommend this villa as building work was going on just outside the bedroom window which began at 6.30 am every day like clockwork. Was told by the owner that no work had been done for two years, trust us to arrive the week it all started again. That appears to happen alot in Cyprus, I must be so unlucky.

A villa to totally relax in.

We have just spent three glorious weeks in this villa.
For the first two weeks we had family with us and the grandchildren were never out of the pool, which was excellently maintained. It only takes 5 minutes to walk into the centre of the village were this is a choice of excellent places to dine, and also a friendly bar were you can have access to the internet.Our one dislike was the meze at the farmyard restaurant which none of us enjoyed.The villa being on the edge of the village is very private and peacefull surrounded by fields of grapevines,and we found George the owner to be very helpfull and quick to respond to any of our requests.
The onething that I would recommend George to change is the bar-b-que as it is very small so cooking for a large
family is quite difficult.Otherwise everything else is provided for including a fridge and small cooker on the first floor.Will definately return at some tme in the future.
