These two 4-bedroom properties are identical in terms of layout and facilities, comprising of an open plan ground floor with an elegantly furnished living area featuring leather sofas, a satellite television (limited channels) and a DVD player. The dining area has a dining table which comfortably seats 8 and the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. A twin bedroom with en suite facilities is located on the ground floor. Three further bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master double bedroom has its own en suite facilities and private balcony. The two additional twin bedrooms share the full family bathroom on this level. Each villa has its own private swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A brick built BBQ is provided so al fresco dining on those warm summer evenings can be enjoyed to the full.

The sandy beach at Coral Bay is one of the best in the area; honoured with the Blue Flag of the European Union it is an easy 700 metre stroll from the development. The nearest supermarket, restaurants and bars are a mere 100 metres away and the centre of Coral Bay which has become a lively resort with plenty to offer is only 1.5 kilometres away and here you will find a chemist, laundry, several banks, souvenir shops, supermarkets and a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. The town centre of Paphos and the harbour can be easily reached using the frequent local bus service, or by using the reasonably priced taxi service in Coral Bay.

  • Prices are inclusive of welcome grocery pack and weekly cleaning service. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms is available at a supplement of 5 euros per unit per day, payable locally.
    A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card. Please note that payments made by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
