This pretty villa in a quiet corner of a residential cul de sac is within a few minutes walk of all the amenities the lively resort of Coral Bay has to offer. The open plan ground floor is stylishly furnished with chocolate brown leather sofas, and has satellite TV & DVD player, and a well furnished and equipped kitchen and dining room. A guest cloakroom is also located on the ground floor. The 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master double bedroom has a wrought iron double bed and a private balcony that overlooks the pool area. Two twin bedrooms and a full family bathroom are also located on this floor. All 3 bedrooms, the living area and dining area are equipped with air conditioning units. The private swimming pool is surrounded by an extensive paved terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and an outside shower. A gated driveway leads to private parking and flower borders add a splash of colour to the property perimeter.

The sandy beach at Coral Bay is one of the best in the area; honoured with the Blue Flag of the European Union it is a pleasant stroll from the villa, through the centre of the resort. The nearest supermarket, restaurants and bars are a mere 300 metres away and heart of Coral Bay, which has become a lively resort with plenty to offer, boasts a vast array of a restaurants, cafes and bars as well as a pharmacy, laundry, several banks, shops and supermarkets. The town centre of Paphos and the harbour can be easily reached using the frequent local bus service, or by using the reasonably priced taxi service in Coral Bay.
