This villa is situated on an exclusive, private cul-de-sac close to the 5 star Coral Beach and Thalassa hotels in Coral Bay. Decorated in soothing cream and beige tones, the living area features a leather suite, & a television with DVD player. The dining area features a glass topped dining table which comfortably seats 6, & stools are provided at the breakfast bar for less formal dining. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. A guest cloakroom is also located on this level. Upstairs, the spacious master double bedroom has a large en-suite shower room and its own private balcony overlooking the pool area. There is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share the full family bathroom. Outside the private swimming pool is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace, set with sun beds & umbrellas. A shaded terrace area is equipped with a table and chairs perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing out of the hot sun.

The popular sandy beach of Coral Bay is less than a 10 minute walk from the development whilst the smaller sandy bay of Corallia Beach is even closer at only 400 metres away. The nearest supermarket, and a selection of restaurants and bars are within 500 metres of the development whilst the centre of Coral Bay, which has become a lively resort with plenty to offer, is only 1.8 kilometres away and here you will find a chemist, laundry, several banks, souvenir shops, supermarkets and a wide assortment of restaurants, cafes and bars. The town centre of Paphos and the harbour can be easily reached using the frequent local bus service, or by using the reasonably priced taxi service in Coral Bay.

  • Rates are inclusive of welcome grocery pack and weekly cleaning service. Air-conditioning units (in the bedrooms and lounge) are available at a supplement of 4.50 euros per unit per day, payable locally.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card. Please note that payments made by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
