Notes to the rental rates

• Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
  Air Conditioning is included in the electricity charge.
  Jacuzzi available for £10 per day (must be for duration of stay)
  Electricity will be charged at 13p per unit (deductible from security deposit, expect this to be £25 to £60 per week)
  10% discount for repeat customers on rental rates
  Daily rates available for bookings in excess of 1 week.
  Special Long term rates for bookings November - February.
  Full payment by cheque 8 weeks in advance of departure.
  20% Deposit on booking.
  Payment by credit card accepted via Pay Pal secure online payments. (additional charge added approx 3.4%).
  £250 breakages deposit payable 8 weeks in advance of departure refundable within 2 weeks of return.
  Possible late departure by arrangement £30 - please ask if this can be accommodated.
