This beautiful villa is situated in a private avenue close to the amenities of Coral Bay in the District of Paphos an area noted for its scenic beauty and archaeological interest. The villa is only a 10 minute walk from both the amenities of the town of Coral Bay and the magnificent sandy beaches of the area yet only a 20 minutes drive from the town of Paphos and a mere 35 minutes from the International Airport. The town of Coral Bay is well served by a range of restaurants, bars ( most equipped with large screen TV to allow you to watch all the major sports events in convivial surroundings), supermarkets, bank, pharmacy and doctor’s surgery as well as jewellers, souvenir shops and a local taxi service. En route to the village, a 10 minute walk, you will pass one of the best beaches in the Paphos District which is one of the few in the area which has been awarded the coveted Blue Flag for its high standards of cleanliness and safety.
