To secure a villa booking we ask for a down payment of 25% and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made to us via either a cheque drawn on a UK bank or by direct bank transfer. We would be happy to provide you with airport transfers or a quote for car hire.

There are two bathrooms on the first floor with one en-suite. The villa has been newly furnished and boasts leather sofas, a fully fitted kitchen and SKY TV. The private grounds have been planted with mature gardens and there is a full collection of outdoor furniture including sunbeds and an outdoor dining area.

Airport transfers & car hire

Upon your arrival, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport, we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Alternatively, if you hire a car for your holiday, I can recommend a close friend who will give you a good deal on car hire. He can also meet you at the airport and drive you to the villa at no extra cost if it is from Paphos Airport. If you mention to him that you have booked your villa through Chris, he will give you the best deal possible.

What can I say I found your website by chance when looking for accomodation for a wedding in Cyprus. The villa was wonderful, clean and well kept. Its in a great location away from the noise but only a stones throw away from everything you could want in the way of shops,bars and eateries. Eleanor was brilliant and made our booking so easy. We will never use a hotel again. Already booked for next year. Once again thanks for a brilliant holiday.

This is one of our "car hire not necessary" villas as it is located in the heart of Coral Bay Village and within walking distance of all the amenities there. It's always nice to hear that guests have enjoyed their stay !
