If you would like to provisionally reserve a villa pending your search for suitable flights, we would be happy to take your chosen villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days. To secure a villa booking we ask for a down payment of 25% and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made to us via either a cheque drawn on a UK bank or by direct bank transfer. We would be happy to provide you with airport transfers or a quote for car hire.

Airport transfers & car hire: Upon your arrival, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport, we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Alternatively, if you hire a car for your holiday, I can recommend a close friend who will give you a good deal on car hire. He can also meet you at the airport and drive you to the villa at no extra cost if it is from Paphos Airport. If you mention to him that you have booked your villa through Chris, he will give you the best deal possible.

What can I say I found your website by chance when looking for accomodation for a wedding in Cyprus. The villa was wonderful, clean and well kept. Its in a great location away from the noise but only a stones throw away from everything you could want in the way of shops,bars and eateries. Eleanor was brilliant and made our booking so easy. We will never use a hotel again. Already booked for next year. Once again thanks for a brilliant holiday.
Owner's Response: This is one of our "car hire not necessary" villas as it is located in the heart of Coral Bay Village and within walking distance of all the amenities there. It's always nice to hear that guests have enjoyed their stay !

Before I start I must say that the location of the villa is fantastic. You can hear some noise from the main road (artists singing etc) but it did not bother us at all. It is actually quite nice to sit on the patio and listen to some 'life'!!!
I did/do have some issues with the villa that I have notifed , namely:

a. 1 fan did not work - reported but nothing done about it - remember no air conditioning downstairs so you need the 2 fans to be working especially in july and august.
b. Villa generally clean but the fan that was working was very dirty and:
c. Walls of villa dirty with hand marks and marks - including on the outside pillars - feet marks!
d. One light u/s round the pool which I changed.
e. Pool lights did not work - told the pool guy but again nothing done. Pool actually quite dirty around edges too.
f. The green covering the fencing between villas all ripped and afforded no privacy.
g. No-one came to greet us throughout the 2 weeks and no details in the villa about anything.
h. Surely you should have a mid-week clean if staying for 2 weeks??
i. The 'Sky TV' is local satellite so misleading for UK people.
j. No light shades in the villa is also a poor detail.

As I say the villa is still very good despite all the points above, just wanted to be honest with you and is in a great location but it was let down by the above. I would expect a greater level of cleanliness and service for this sort of high-end villa.

The location information was misleading, it says in the blurb that it is "peaceful" it wasn't at night. There was a lot of music coming from the local bars.
The lights outside, in the downstairs loo, the stairs and the lobby were either missing or not working. Which meant you couldn't use the downstairs loo at night with the door shut.
The loo in the bathroom refused to flush most of the time so we had to stop using it.
The information said there was sky tv. It didn't work. When we called the owners about it someone came out to look at it but it still didn't work. we spoke to the owners a second time to be told someone would be out the following day. I wasted a day and a half of my week long holiday waiting for someone to fix the problem only for them not to turn up. We gave up asking.
