The Regina Villa is an exceptionally comfortable traditional four bedroom stone villa with its own private swimming pool built along a traditional design but boasting all modern comforts and enjoying some of the most breathtaking views of Coral Bay. Located within 1.5km from Coral Bay Village and in a nice quiet and relaxing private cul-de-sac, the villa is surrounded by mature gardens and is fully equipped including air conditioning and a complete set of indoor and outdoor furniture, including a full collection of sun-beds, umbrellas, and barbecue all set among complete privacy and seclusion. It also has a walk-in swimming pool to cater for the elderly and the disabled.

The villa is situated on a hillside with spectacular views of the sea and surrounding countryside. The nearest beach is Coral Bay at a distance of approx 2km and the nearest tavernas/bars are in the Coral Bay area or Peyia Village (5min by car). Paphos town is approx. 15min by car. Both Coral Bay and Peyeia Village provide a wide selection of tavernas, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and cafes.

  • Please note that the rental rates are inclusive of the use of air conditioning.
  • Airport Transfers & Car Hire : Upon your arrival, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Alternatively, if you hire a car for your holiday, I can recommend a close friend who will give you a good deal on car hire. He can also meet you at the airport and drive you to the villa at no extra cost if it is from Paphos Airport. If you mention to him that you have booked your villa through Chris he will give you the best deal possible.
  • Our preferred changeover day is Wednesday. This has been forced upon us by the airline companies which run the bulk of their flights from the UK into Paphos on a Wednesday to Wednesday basis. If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take the villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days. To secure a villa booking we ask for a down payment of 25% and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made to us via either a cheque drawn on a UK bank or by direct bank transfer. We would be happy to provide you with airport transfers or a quote for car hire.

Notes: The villa consists of four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and two bedrooms have a double four-poster bed and the other bedrooms have twin beds. All four bathrooms have wash basin and WC. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable with quality wooden furniture, TV and DVD whilst the dining area has a solid wood dining table and matching chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, incorporating washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle etc. The villa has sunbeds, umbrellas, garden furniture and built in barbecue. Towels and bed linen are provided and are changed once a week. Blankets and duvets are provided for the winter period. Please bring your own beach towels.

Hi Chris,
I just wanted to thank you very much for a wonderful stay at your Villa Regina. We all had a great holiday and the Villa and Swimming pool and beautiful views just really made our stay memorable. We were all so excited when we discovered our Villa for the 2 weeks, we drove in and saw this Villa in front of us and without realising I commented ' That Villa is lovely' and joked 'We will take that one' only to discover that was our Villa.
How ever I really just wanted to say a big Thank you.
