Villa Coral Breeze is a superb privately owned detached 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa situated in the beautiful area of Coral Bay. The villa was completed in November 2006 and is part of an exclusive gated community situated 200m from the beautiful Corallia Beach. The ground floor has a large lounge area, dining area & fully fitted kitchen furnished to a high standard. The pool area boasts an 8m x 4m pool with safety equipment & is furnished with sun lounger’s. The patio area has a large table and chairs to enjoy alfresco dining whilst watching the beautiful coral bay sunsets. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms (1 ensuite) & a bathroom with shower. The villa is fully air conditioned which is included in the prices. The nearest bars, supermarket & restaurants are only 300m away with the entertainment of Coral Bay about 500m away. The Akamas Peninsular including the famous Lara Bay or turtle bay is situated. Paphos is a 15min bus ride away with buses running every 15 mins.
