This beautiful 3 bed villa is in a perfect location on a quiet cul de sac just 5 mins stroll to one of the best sandy beaches in Coral Bay & close to resort amenities (car hire not essential). It offers luxury and comfort throughout with a fully fitted kitchen, a bright and spacious living/dining room with flat screen Sat TV & DVD player & 3 comfortable bedrooms, the Master with king size bed & luxury en-suite. From the living/dining room large sliding doors open onto the patio with views of the Med.Sea. Bedroom balconies also have sea & mountain views. The villa has a large landscaped garden with tropical plants, a lawned area ideal for children & a private swimming pool. There is plenty of outdoor furniture for alfresco dining and comfortable sun loungers with cushions for relaxing around the pool. There is also a full size BBQ to make the most of the warm summer evenings. All rooms have air-conditioning and for your convenience a cot highchair & steriliser is provided free of charge

Villa Marina is only 2 minutes walk to the picturesque Corallia Beach, one of the best sandy beaches in Coral Bay and 5 minutes walk to the main Coral Bay Beach and Five Star Resort Hotel and Spa. A selection of bars, restaurants and supermarket are also a short walk away. Paphos town centre and harbour area with historic sites, bars and restaurants is less than 20 minutes by car. 3 local golf courses can be found at Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills all within 10-30km. The Troodos mountain range is a 2 hour car ride away. The highest peak is mount Olympus at 6154ft. There are 4 main slopes, all with lifts, from beginner Hera to Advanced Zeus. Skiing lasts from January through to April. In the summer, Troodos allows for relaxing walks and majestic views. Paphos airport is a 35 minute drive away. A car is not necessary as you have all facilities within 5 minutes walk and a bus stop across the road. A taxi to the airport is approx £20 CYP.

Notes:

This villa is perfect for families. There is plenty of space in the garden for children to play with much of it laid to lawn or they can splash about in the safe and private swimming pool. It is just a short walk to the sandy beach and to the restaurants shops and bars of Coral Bay. A car is not necessary but one can be booked on request. Golf, spa treatments (at the 5 star Thalassa Hotel & Spa), horse riding, scuba diving etc... are all available close by. The villa is just 3 mins walk from the 5 star Coral Beach Hotel where day passes can be purchased for access to the indoor heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, spa & all the outdoor pool areas at very reasonable rates. The villa itself is spacious & tastefully decorated offering luxury and comfort throughout. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot, highchair and Avent steriliser is provided free of charge. There is air conditioning to all rooms and is included in the price. There is also a safety deposit box for valuable items.
