The Sunfirst Villa is a spacious five-bedroom, new and highly luxurious sea-front villa with its own private sea- facing swimming pool, located quite literally a few meters from the beach and offering unobstructed views of the sea and a breathtaking sunset. The villa is also located within a very short walk from the popular sandy beach of Coral Bay. Banks, restaurants, shops and supermarkets are also a short walk away and a car is therefore not required. Coral Bay Village offers a wide selection of exceptional restaurants, tavernas, bars, cafes, and supermarkets and guests at this villa do not require a car. Paphos International Airport is 25km away and Paphos, which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good nightlife, is just 10km away.

BOOKING INFORMATION: - Our preferred changeover day is Wednesday. However, if this is inconvenient, we will do our best to be accommodating. - If you would like to reserve a villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take your chosen villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days. - To secure a villa booking we ask for a downpayment of 25% and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. - Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement. - We would be happy to provide you with airport transfers or a quote for car hire.

Car Hire & Airport Transfers: Upon your arrival, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Alternatively, if you hire a car for your holiday, I can recommend a close friend who will give you a good deal on car hire. He can also meet you at the airport and drive you to the villa at no extra cost if it is from Paphos Airport. If you mention to him that you have booked your villa through Chris, he will give you the best deal possible.

GUEST COMMENTS: Hi Eleanor I just wanted to sat thank you for all your help with our recent visit to coral bay. The villa was beautiful and could not have asked for more, it had everything we wanted. Sorry for the confusion on our last day, this was mainly because the taxi driver said we could stay in the villa until 3.45 we thought he was from your company so took his word for it. Jenny was kind enough to let us wait by the pool until they needed to clean the outside, we greatly appreciated that, please could you pass on our thanks, I hope she gave us a good report!! once again thank you, I hope we will book though you again. many thanks T W

Excellent villa, excellent location, very quiet road but only approx 5 min walk to the main street of Coral Bay (this is an uphill walk). Villa very tidy and clean. On the lower floor, there are 2 bedrooms with a sitting area, which is extremely useful if you are travelling with older children or teenagers as they can have their own area. There is the sea approx 50m away from the villa but there is no sand and it is very pebbley, it is possible to get into the sea from here and you are able to sit at the waters edge but this is on pebbles or leaves. NB: to get to this you need to travel down quite a few steep steps. The main beach of Coral Bay with sand is approximately 15-20 minute walk away (but there are a few bars on the way in case you need to stop for refreshments)! In the two weeks we stayed, we never had a bad meal at any of the restaurants but would highly recommend Palm Grove and the Chinese Restaurants. The bus service from Coral Bay to Paphos is extremely efficient and would recommend a visit to the water park where the bus will take you and you can claim back the cost of this at the waterpark. Would definately recommend this villa to anyone and would definately like to return ourselves.

Beautiful villa great location

When booking the villa chris and eleanor were very helpful! The villa was perfect for my honeymoon its like a dream home! That was both our thoughts when we walked in! We had family join us the second week and we could of done with more sunloungers only 5 in the villa and the villa holds 10 people. When we first incountered the housekeeper jenny we found her very abrupt she didnt introduce herself just had a go about there being an outside light on, then she went on to slag previous people off that had been in the villa saying "they were strange". She then went on to charge us 20 euros for copyed cds that she leaves in the villa if you want to listen to them! We then were told we had to strip our beds at the end of the first week and then make them up with the clean ones she leaves. She laughed at us when we mentioned maid service we then rung holiday rentals and they organised a cleaner to come in as this was stated in the price of the villa! She rung us accusing us of setting the alarm off when we were actually taking a siesta! A fuse had actually blown! The pool was a lovely size but shame we couldn't always use it.We did as we were told showered before going in to ensure we had no sun cream on but still it had to get shut down cos it was cloudy and gone green round the sides we have had many villa holidays and this with the pool has never happened! Our nephew got sunburnt due to not being able to wear suncream in the pool! My bother in law on one occasion asked jenny how long the pool was going to take to clean she replied very abruptly and in a rude manner "as long as it takes"! On our last day she called my brother in law a few names and of which alot of swearing and abusive language was used to describe him all because he had asked her a question of which she replied in a not nice manner so he just said back to her "we all like a comedian don't we". She also said if her husband had of heard him he would of hit him!
I really didn't want to have written all this but all who stayed at the villa were affected by this unprofessional behaviour! This person should be promoting the villa by being pleasant and ensuring you enjoy your stay.
This in our opinion does not reflect how amazing the villa is and the perfect location. We still had a fantastic honeymoon!
