The Sunrise Beach Villa is a new high quality sea-front 3-bedroom bungalow villa with its own private swimming pool located quite literally a few meters from the beach and offers unobstructed views of the sea and a breathtaking sunset. The villa is within a very short walk from the sandy beach of Coral Bay and the nearby banks, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Paphos International Airport is 25km away and Paphos, which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good nightlife, is just 10km away. There is one double and two twin bedrooms, with two bathrooms, an open-plan lounge and dining area with a state of the art fully fitted kitchen which includes all modern comforts, and outdoors there is a private garden and a completely private swimming pool overlooking the Mediterranean.

  • Please note that there is no extra cost for the use of air conditioning.
  • BOOKING INFORMATION:

    If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take this villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days upon request. Once you have secured suitable flights and are in a position to confirm the villa booking we ask for a down payment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement.
  • CAR HIRE & AIRPORT TRANSFERS: If you would like to hire a car for your holiday, we recommend a local company which will offer you a great deal on car hire. Included in their service, they meet you at the airport (Paphos) and deliver the car to you there. You can then follow them to the villa where they will hand over the keys to the property. This means that you will save an average of € 110.00 for the arrival and return journey to the airport in taxi fares. Their car hire rates are very attractive and we have always been encouraged by the reviews posted to us by previous guests. Alternatively, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Please feel free to contact Savvas Houlos for either car hire or airport transfers.

The Villa was absolutely spotless and certainly lived up to its name with views of the spectacular sunrises and sunsets across the Paphos coastline from the villa patio. The owner Chris Christou was very friendly, personal and fair. His efficiency in correspondence and approachable manner instilled in us considerable confidence even before our arrival. We have recently returned from what I can describe as my BEST HOLIDAY EVER . The villa was spotless everything you would need, Fantastic villa, location, well maintained, great service. All the way through I have had extremely good customer service. Good car hire service that was recommended.There is nothing to fault . This was our first experiance of villa holidays and now we will most definately be booking again and again. For the best holiday we have ever had. we are so sad to be back in uk and keep looking at our pictures and the web site .

Sad to be back London

The villa is very nice but a couple of points. 1. The description says that the villa is a few metres from the beach which is untrue as it is a few metres from a cliff and the beach is a good 15 minute walk away. 2. The pool area could do with some maintenance as the pool light was hanging out and the pump area split. 3. There were six sunbeds but only 3 sun lounger mattresses. 4. The privacy between the villas could have been better by erecting some additional fencing.
