This two bedroom house is located in a quiet position on the desirable development of Paradise Gardens just a 5 minute walk from the main Kato Paphos tourist area with shops, restaurants and bars. The famous fishing harbour overlooked by the medieval fortress where in the evening the tavernas that line the quayside come alive serving fresh fish and the traditional Cypriot 'Meze' is a 10 minute stroll away. Paphos has established itself as the main tourist resort in Cyprus yet is not spoiled by high rise apartments and hotels. There are many places of interest in and around Paphos a guide book can be found at the property. Some not to be missed are the Troodos Mountains with its pine scented forests and closer to home the Paphos villages where time has stood still and friendly hospitality is the norm. Hiring a car is easy and relatively inexpensive. If you wish we can arrange a rental car to be available for pick up and drop off at the airport.

  • All bookings are normally from Wednesday to Wednesday however this is flexible to your requirements if the property is available. Linen and towels are provided and maid service once per week. The property is booked from 14.00 pm on the day of arrival through to 10.00 am on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. Babysitting service available on request. Special prices for longer period winter letting are available (e.g. three weeks for the price of two) please ask for details.
  • A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable eight weeks before departure. A security deposit of £85 must be paid in advance before your arrival. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage.

Cyprus For A Perfect Holiday: Cyprus is the third largest Island in the Mediterranean, it is an island of beauty and a country of contrasts. Cool, pine-clad mountains are a complete scene-change after golden sun-kissed beaches. Tranquil, timeless villages are in striking contrast to modern cosmopolitan towns. Luxurious beach side hotels can be exchanged for large areas of natural unspoilt countryside. Yet in Cyprus all distances are easily manageable, mostly on modern roads and highways - with a secondary route or two for the more adventurous. The summers are long and hot, fruit trees buckle under the weight of their bounty as do the vines, the grapes of which go into producing some fine local wines. The Island has long been of great strategic importance and boasts the legacy of many of its occupying empires, fortifications built by the Crusaders still stand. A holiday here is idyllic, there is lots to see and plenty to do, and the welcome is warm and the weather likewise.

Local Shopping: Part and parcel of any holiday is the question of what to take home. Leather is very good value. The shoe shops stock up-to-date styles at very reasonable prices. Golfing: Paphos is the new jewel in the crown for golfers seeking golf breaks in the warmth of the eastern Mediterranean. It offers golfers challenging world class championship courses, warm hospitality and almost year round sunshine. There are three 18 hole golf courses to choose from. Tsada Golf Club which is just 20 minutes from Paphos town, 550 meters above sea level to ensure cool breezes during the summer months. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6,060 meters. The Secret Valley Golf Club is 18 kilometres east of Paphos lying within a scenic valley and offers panoramic views. It plays to a par 72 and measures 6,120 meters. The Aphrodite Hills Golf Complex is a unique up-market experience The Award Winning Golf course is located near to the birthplace of Aphrodite, only 2 mins from the main Limassol-Paphos highway. The course is in a fantastic setting on 2 plateaux, 300m metres high. It plays to a Par 71 and measures 6,665 metres.

First of all a big thank you to the staff of Holiday Rentals for the professional way that they dealt with our reservation.
Everthing went smoothly including the arrangements made to collect us and return us to Paphos Airport.
We stayed at M15 (11606) at Paradise Gardens 2 on the 1st October 2008 for two weeks.
The description of the villa is accurate and its location in respect of the other villas is ideal. Although the swimming pool is only a short distance away from the rear of the villa it still meant that we were able to sit outside or lounge on a sunbed with a reasonable degree of privacy.
The villa was extremely well maintained and very clean.
The maintenance people made contact with us within 24 hours to introduce themselves and to give us contact details should we want anything.
The villa is furnished to a high standard and the kitchen contains just about everything one could need - an oven, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, washing machine and dish washer. As for utensils etc there was more than adequate provision and a full range of crockery and glassware.
On the days that we didn't venture far it was extremely pleasant to be able to have breakfast and lunch outside at the table provided, the umbrella being a boon around mid-day. Although we didn't cook the facilities were available.
The supermarket is not too far away and has a taverna next door which provides a decent menu for lunch or dinner. There is another excellent, more traditional taverna just a short distance away on the way into town.
Downside? Crossing the dual carriageway on the way into town. This may present problems for the less able and for a wheelcahir user. However, taxi's back from town are aplenty and cost between 6-10 Euro's depending upon which part of the harbour you take one from.
Would we return? Yes, if ever we wanted a short break for total relaxation then this is the place to be. The guaranteed weather also helps.

Excellent property! Very well equipped - could not ask for anything else, down to dishwasher tablets. The description does not tell you that there was a toddler pool and a dishwasher. The first made our holiday, the second an added bonus.

This did not feel like you were living in someone elses house, which was nice. It was also spotless!

Only thing I would say is if you rent this property,ask someone how to get to the harbour and beach. We walked for over 30 minutes for the first two days only to find it was a 15 min walk away!

I had the use of this villa for 10 days at the begining of July. My only complaint is that the weather was too good.
The property is immaculate and well equiped, it was very clean and tidy on arrival and a basic welcome pack is waiting for you. A short stroll into the tourist area reveals the best of both worlds, lively pub / club area for the young and maybe not so young, and a varied selection of resturants to suit most tastes. A well located property, highly recommended for visitors of all ages. Thank you.

An Exceptional Property!

My wife and I, along with another couple stayed at this lovely property in June 2007....what can I say apart from, that it was in a perfect location, just close enough to enjoy the main town by foot, and far enough away not to hear a sound!!

The pool was large, and never very busy, even when it was 40 degrees in the last days of our stay....

The villa itself was large, extremely well equiped even with books, music and dvd's, which the collection may grow in time as I am sure previous tenents donate on departure.

This was an extremely pleasant stay for our first villa rental,and I hope that our future ones live up to its standard.

We only had one issue where the water pump blew, but this was rapidly repaired by the contracted plumper, thanks Bob!

Top class property!!! A+++
