The Villa is within walking distance of both the old harbour & the cosmopolitan shopping & entertainment area. Located in a new small residential complex in Kato Paphos, the Villa is only 15 minutes drive from the airport and 10-15 minutes walk from the main shops, restaurants and beach. Kato Paphos is a lovely harbour town and resort that has an array of activities and attractions to cater for all ages. It offers a lively nightlife, should you want it, extensive shopping, beaches, and cultural sites. The villa is set far enough back from the nightlife to remain peaceful during the evening. The Villa is ideally located for visiting the many historical sites that Paphos has to offer being a World Heritage Site. Why not visit the Tombs of the Kings, the underground tombs date back to 300BC, romain mosaics, the harbour fort, or explore Aphrodites Rock. For the slightly energetic 3 golf courses are nearby, and the waterpark, sports facilities and extensive watersports are all within the town. Car excursions can be made to the National Park of the Akamas peninsula and the Troodos mountains.
