Located within walking distance of the picturesque old harbour and the cosmopolitan shopping area. Located in a new residential Area of Kato Paphos the Villa is part of a complex of privately owned homes some of which are used all the year round by British Ex Pats while others like ours are for own holiday use and also holiday rentals. You can walk to shops, restaurants and the Beach so a hire car is not essential, but great for exploring this beautiful Island. The shared pool means your children can make friends with others yet you have your own private space. Our location means you can easily take a leisurely walk to your chosen restaurant and arrange for our friendly taxi driver to pick you up & drive you home after your meal. We provide maps of the area and there are books recommending our favourite restaurants and those of previous visitors. There are also details of places of interest locally and across the Island. There are instruction books for all of the appliances in the Villa.

Golf & Water sports: There are 3 Excellent Golf courses in the Area. Boats, Jet Skis and Pedalo's can be rented from the Marina or trips arranged to sail along the coast. Longer excursions can be arranged to Egypt or the Holy Land by Ship or Air.

Car Hire & Flights: A car is not essential but Ideal for exploring the Beautiful Island. It only takes about 2 hours to drive to the opposite side of the Island (Potaras). We can arrange a car for you at competitive rates either waiting at the Airport or at the Villa. We normally arrange for you to be met at the Airport & driven by Mercedes to the Villa. We Have good contacts who can help arrange flights at keen prices.

Our Excellent Holiday At 'Casa Mia'

I would thoroughly recommend this property. It is furnished to a very high standard and was in immaculate condition through-out when we arrived, everything was spotless. The description of the villa was better than the listing. The decoration is of a very high standard. The kitchen is very well equiped, with all modern appliances including a large fridge freezer and washing machine and every utensil you can imagine! We loved to sit out on the veranda of an evening and relax in the landscaped garden with a glass of wine. The pool area is very nice with plenty of sun loungers to relax and soak up the sun. The villa is in walking distance to the harbour where you will find lots of shops and restuarants. Pam and Clive were in contact with us during our stay to ensure everything was satisfactory. Clive even supplied us with very detailed instructions of how to get to the villa from Paphos Airport, which were excellent.
We are looking forward to booking another holiday in Paphos and would not consider staying anywhere else than 'Casa Mia', can;t wait to get back

Luxurious Villa Casa Mia - Oct 2009

Our party enjoyed a lovely holiday at Casa Mia from 12 - 20th October 2009. The owners have gone to great trouble to furnish the villa to a very high standard, much superior to your average holiday let. The furniture, soft furnishings, artwork, right down to lovely floral arrangements, gave the villa a very comfortable and homely feel. It was also immaculately clean. We spent a lot of time in the garden terrace for meals and although the pool was not directly accessible from the villa, it was only a few steps round the corner. A couple of minor maintenance issues were very swiftly resolved by the local caretaker, who was very helpful.We have 2 children who loved the local waterpark ( although it was very overpriced in our opinion). We only ate out a few times, but would recommend Argo and Alkion which had reasonably priced set menus, with freshly cooked food with a local flavour. Would love to return to Paphos in the future and would stay here again.

Casa Mia really is accomodation another level up from anything I have stayed in. Every effort seems to have been made to make the villa comfortable and stylish and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The villa was more than just a rental property, it was filled with home comforts and gadgets that made us feel at home.

Thanks for a wonderful holiday. Can't wait to come again!

my wife and i have stayed at casamia with four of our freinds ,twice over the past two years or so once in august and once at christmas, the villa stunning and no expence spared inside and out,it is only a ten minutes stroll down to paphos where you will find night life,or relaxing bars and restaraunts,or just a nice stroll down the sea front, it has somthing for all taste all our party enjoyed the villa it made the holiday so much more special for us all, the air conditioning is a must for me and not many other villas have it, i can recommend casamia for a good holiday in comfort and style

Without a doubt the most Fantastic Villa I have ever stayed in.
Clive & Pam have thought of everything and what an incredibly high standard. We loved the pool and it was nice that you could retreat to the garden when we wanted peace & quiet.
We Hired a car through the web site & it was very good value
Will be back in 2010
