Kato Paphos holiday villa "Casamia" in universal kato paphos

If you are looking for 1st class accomodation then look no further than Casa Mia. We were more than happy with this superb villa, and when 6 of you including 4 teenagers are going to be 24/7 we never onced got in each others space.
The roof terrace was a god send both in the day and night and the fridge could be well stocked with our extra beers, and wine. The pool at times we had to ourselves during our 2 weeks.
The personel contact from Clive from booking the villa to even organising our taxi pick up was excellent. His knowledge was agreat help. espcially where to get the rib eye steaks from when using the bbq.
To arrive late at night to find our fridge stocked with a few necessities by Geoff and Maggie was again a bonus.
What we liked was the 3 showers which helped when getting ready to go out for meals.
If you want a good meal you must go to Mothers Bar near the harbour at the back of Debenhams and see Costas and his brother, lovely jubbly.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone. and have already done so .

Our party of 5 stayed at this villa in June 2010. Clive's communication before we stayed was excellent and answered every question we asked and was very helpful. His directions to the villa were accurate and got us there without any problems.

On arriving at the villa we were really impressed by the size and standard of cleanliness. The back garden was enclosed and private with a locked gate to the side. This was great as we had a two year old and the garden was safe for her to wander in and out. A big bonus as the other smaller villas are directly onto the pool. There are other private developments surrounding the villa. We did experience some traffic noise as the road outside seemed to be a bit of a rat run. .

The complex its self has 8 of this type of villa on the 4 corners with small townhouse villas in-between. The pool is quite big and is very clean. Sometimes there were days we had the pool to ourselves, but was never very busy and had enough sun beds. The pool is not directly accessed by the villa. You have a 30 second walk around the corner. This is a good point as you then don’t hear any noises coming from the pool when you decide to call it a day. It also has 24hour security and you regularly see someone patrolling at all times of the day and night

The villa had absolutely everything you would need, a true home from home, from cutlery to pool play toys for children. The bedrooms were big and beds comfy. The roof terrace was wonderful but a little too hot.

Having a two year old, we did feel that the living room/kitchen area was a bit cluttered and there were many ornaments which we had to remove!

The bedrooms and living room have very good air conditioning units. We had no real problem paying for this is it’s a necessity, but we found that the units were on a timer switch which could only be switched on for a maximum of an hour. This proved a little tiring resetting the switch every hour. It was also a little disappointing when paying for the air conditioning in the first place. We also found out that this charge was extremely expensive when talking to the owners of the very same villa within the complex who have their systems on all the time and never experience a bill of that expense. We were also advised that the weekly price for the villa was a little expensive and a like for like villa could be rented cheaper.

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa and would recomend it highly.

With 6 adults and a baby, we needed a big place to stay and this was perfect. Nicely decorated, in a good location and well equipped throughout - recommended!
