Adara House is a modern, well-equipped, semi-detached house situated in a small development in a peaceful suburb of Kato Paphos. Adara House is furnished in a modern style to a very high standard. The air-conditioning units in the lounge and in all 3 bedrooms are free: one bedroom being ensuite and two having their own balconied terrace. The tiled roof terrace has sun loungers, a barbecue and a lovely view of the large shared swimming pool. It boasts gardens on 3 sides, a patio overlooking the pool and a carport for those visitors who want to hire a car and explore the delights of the island. The beaches and picturesque harbour of Kato Paphos are only 10-15 mins walk away, which makes Adara House ideally situated for those who want to take advantage of the many bars, restaurants and shops downtown and then return to a quiet, peaceful home for a good night's rest. In short, everything you need for a great holiday - a real home from home, with all mod cons!

Kato Paphos is a charming coastal town and holiday resort that entices visitors to return year after year. It has an unparallelled mixture of facilities to suit all tastes and budgets and is a very safe environment for a family holiday. It offers lively nightlife, if you want it, beautiful beaches and very friendly people! The cuisine is good and varied, ranging from traditional Cypriot, Japanese to fish & chips! The active holiday maker can play a round of golf nearby, the children will love the water park and for the more adventurous, mini-cruises are available to Greece, Italy, Egypt, Israel & Lebanon. Being a world heritage site, it also boasts an overwhelming abundance of archaeological treasures to be explored. However, just sitting in the sunshine with a cool drink in one of the pavement cafes around the old fishing harbour, is a delightful way to relax and watch the world go by!   • Booking Conditions for Adara House:
    A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost will be required to secure a reservation.
    A security deposit will also be required on confirmation of a booking.
    The final balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival.
    A 10% discount will be considered by the owners for fortnightly lets (out of peak season only).
    Long-term winter rates also considered at attractive rates. Speak to owners directly for more information.
    Rental rates have been calculated from Sunday-Sunday. For those visitors arriving midweek, rates will be calculated pro-rata.
    Linen and bath towels are provided for guests.
  • What charges will you incur upon cancellation?

    Up to 8 weeks prior to arrival - Loss of non-refundable deposit.
    Up to 4-8 weeks - Loss of non-refundable deposit plus 25% of total balance.
    Up to 2-4 weeks - Loss of non-refundable deposit plus 50% of total balance.
    Less than 2 weeks - No refund will be given.

  • The house has a full bathroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and downstairs there is a further shower room for guests. Guests also have the use of running water on the roof terrace for cooling off or to use whilst preparing a BBQ in the sunshine.

Notes: The garden at the back of the property overlooks the pool and is a lovely spot for eating al fresco. It has its own patio table with 4 chairs and a large parasol. There are also 6 more chairs which are often used by guests on the private bedroom balconies. The roof terrace is excellent for sunbathing in seclusion and is equipped with 4 sun lounger’s and a BBQ set for guests to enjoy. Sun lounger’s and parasols are available around the shared pool and guests also have the option of using the communal showers and changing facilities. Adara House has a DVD player and VCR with a number of current movies for visitors to enjoy. In addition, we have also provided a selection of board games for all the family. Visitors should also be aware that the electricity system runs off 240 Volts and as such no adaptors are required for appliances brought from the UK.

Beautiful property with plenty of home comforts, 3 good sized bedrooms and bathrooms.. We had a mixed age group staying and all enjoyed themselves.Plenty of bars and restaurants fairly near . Good sized pool although rather cold ( maybe the time of year). Would recommend to anyone.
