This villa on an exclusive development situated in the heart of a stylish residential area in Kato Paphos has been designed a resort style development offering two award winning swimming pools set on two levels featuring a 3 metre waterfall in the centre. Access to the complex is by barrier. Local restaurants, tavernas, shops and banks are 10 minutes walk, and the Harbour with its historic castle and waterside restaurants is 20 mins walk. The villa is surrounded by a wall and landscaped garden with patio areas. A barbecue is supplied for your use. A parking spot is available outside the property. The villa inside has been designed by an interior designer and has an open plan living area. On the first floor are two double bedrooms with their own balcony. As well as the main bathroom, there is a downstairs cloakroom. This Villa is managed by a British team who will make a PR visit during your stay if required.
