The Villa was completed in Summer 2005 & comfortably accommodates 6 people with everything you need for a relaxing holiday - a real home from home. The Villa is centrally located in a small development of 26 units sharing a communal swimming pool. Finished to a high standard the property is fully air-conditioned & has ceiling fans throughout. On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan lounge, dining & kitchen area with a cloakroom. There is a selection of DVD's, Videos, Books and Playstation2 games for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances & utensils. To the rear is the garden & patio area with sunbeds, table, parasol and seating for 6 people for al fresco dining and a garage. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor which all have built in wardrobes & drawers. The master bedroom has a king size bed & ensuite facility, a double bedroom with cot space & patio doors opening onto a balcony & a twin bedroom. Family bathroom with bath & shower.

The Villa is in an excellent position within the Kato Paphos area with shops, bars & restaurants on your doorstep. All facilities of the main town and the harbour area can be reached easily by foot within 15-20 minutes so car hire is not essential, but great for exploring this beautiful Island. The villa has the benefit of being in a serene & residential environment most suitable for families. The location combined with the tasteful design of the property makes it a perfect place for your holiday. Paphos has established itself as the main tourist resort in Cyprus. The Old Town is situated on a hill, overlooking the sea & the resort, with a maze of streets lined with shops & bars. Kato Paphos has grown around the harbour and now has a wide & lively variety of bars, restaurants and shops. There are many places of interest in and around Paphos which make it the ideal base to explore Cyprus, a guidebook and information on restaurants in the area can be found at the property.

  • Air-conditioning is included in the rental costs. Welcome pack included on arrival.
    Linen and towels are provided (not beach towels). The property is booked from 14.00 pm on the day of arrival through to 10.00 am on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals.
    Full booking details will be forwarded upon request. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is due upon booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    Preferential rates will be considered for last minute bookings & long-term lettings.

Great Villa

Had a fab stay in June, superb villa great location close enough to everything but just far enough away to be relaxing.
Villa was kitted out with everything you could possibly need and the pool was great, never too busy.
Six of us stayed for 10 nights and had a fab time was getting very hot by time we left.

Great Villa

Had a fab stay in June, superb villa great location close enough to everything but just far enough away to be relaxing.
Villa was kitted out with everything you could possibly need and the pool was great, never too busy.
Six of us stayed for 10 nights and had a fab time was getting very hot by time we left.

Beautiful Villa

We were in Cyprus 29/07 - 08/08/08 and had a fantastic time. The Villa was very nice and we had a nice and relaxing time. The weather was too hot to walk anywhere. Old town is about 20 mins walk and Bar St is about 30 mins away. Taxis are easily available. Between 8 and 12 euros in a taxi. Loads of great restaurants and bars in the centre and harbour area. Chloes is a lovely chinese, book in advance to avoid disappointment. We love Paphos. Thanks Bev for letting us enjoy your villa.

Very NIce Property

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in paphos. It was a bit too hot for us though, but we enjoyed the pool daily, our party were aged 47 - 87 so found walking hard in the heat. But what a beautiful villa. Spacious, and very clean, with a lovely welcome pack.

superb choice

Have just returned from a superb weeks holiday with our family. Standard of the villa was excellent as was the fittings and furnishings it was also fully equipped which made it made feel like a home from home.
Good location although with the heat we did require transport, we hired a car and also used taxis. The age range of our party was 30-70 so it was really for the oldies that we required the transport!!!
Bev, the owner, was really helpful and a lovely welcome pack of all the basics were awaiting us on arrival.

We now look forward to our next visit.
