This luxury privately owned and spacious three bedroom villa with its own private pool, is situated in the quiet residential area of Konia. Only a short 5 minute drive from the popular Paphos harbour and beaches where it has a rich choice of banks, tavernas, shops, and cultural interests. Interiors: The large open lounge takes you to an arched doorway into the dining/kitchen area which is very comfortable with ample soft seating and a dining table which seats 6. The kitchen/dining area comprises fully fitted kitchen with full-size modern electric oven and hob, washing machine and fridge freezer. An iron and ironing board are also provided. There is also a TV showing 10 English channels with DVD and portable CD player. The patio area boasts a traditional Cypriot bbq. Car: recommended
Konia is the nearest village to Paphos harbour. The villa is a 12 minute drive from Paphos airport and 1½ hour drive from Larnaca airport. Paphos beaches are only a 5 minute drive. The famous Coral bay beach is only a 15 minute drive. In addition, this villa is in a central location for all 3 of Cyprus' world class championship courses (Tsada, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley) are within a 15 minutes drive. Great motorway access going East to the Limassol (45 minutes), Larnaca (1hour 30 minutes), Nicosia (1 hour 50 minutes) and the Troodos Mountains (foothills 1 hour). Going West to Polis is only a 35 minute drive.

Very clean and as shown. Had a great time and felt well looked after by the management couple. Would love to return this year or most certainly next year. Villa is fantastic and spacious. The owner is very friendly and has put great finishing touches e.g. cypriot barbecue and lovely plants and trees. Pool is kept very clean and is perfect. Good local restaurants especially Konia Tavern who made us so welcome.

We have visited this villa twice both in winter and summer. Its a great place to hang out with a nice barbacue area near the pool and in a fairly sleepy village but with a taverna, bar and coffee shop within walking distance. There is a short drive to the more tourist areas such as the harbour and beaches, but the village is very near the motorway so a short drive gets you on the motorway to Larnaca, Limmasol etc quickly. The villa has all the amenities you'd need on holiday and more.

We love Cyprus and visit often. We had a great holiday. The villa is spacious, and had everything we needed. The bbq in its own area is a great idea and the gardens are nicely maintained. The private pool and patio area is fantastic, the kids really enjoyed it. It was quick and easy to get to the harbour by car, taxi was 12 euros. There is a local bus, but we did not need to use it. You should try the local Konia taverna, good food, wine and great hospitality, try the Meze but, don’t forget to book! One big advantage was the pick up from the airport. We will be recommending this villa to our friends and family.

Stayed at Villa Koz for 1 week 2007 enjoyed it so much went back 2008 for 2 weeks. The villa is very clean and well looked after, and the maintenance team are very helpful. The swimming pool was great, warm and in the sun all day, The 2 local traditional tavernas and 2 bars in the village are a short walk away (approx 1/2 kilometer), the owners are welcoming. We liked the Konia Taverna best There are a couple of kiosks a short walk away where you can purchase your daily essentials. The villa is perfectly situated for the golf courses, much to the delight of my husband and son. The harbour and centre is a 5 minute car ride, and approx 10 - 12 Euros by taxi, depending on the time of day/night. I would highly recommend Villa Koz for that "perfect holiday".

Fantastic villa completely as described on the website.
Nice quiet location but near enough to all necessary amenities.Well maintained throughout ans all you need for a relaxing break with lively Paphos 5 minutes away by car.
Would recommend this villa to anyone with a small family.
