New, large, fully air-conditioned 2 bedroom villa situated in a new area of Kato Paphos on the edge of the tourist area, giving peace & quiet & yet still within an easy 10 minute walk to the many bars and restaurants or a 15 minute stroll from the municipal beach, the harbour, Tombs of the Kings etc (or a 2 minute car drive). Spacious 2 storey living accommodation consists of master bedroom with ensuite bathroom & balcony, 2nd twin bedroom also with ensuite bathroom & balcony. Living room with twin sofas plus a sofa bed, new LCD TV, satellite TV & DVD player. Fully fitted kitchen / dining area with modern oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Outside areas include south facing rear patio & pool area (shared with one other villa) with sun beds & large parasol, covered outside dining area & private outside shower. Also front garden with private parking as well as large roof terrace for panoramic sunset viewing!!! Car pictured is also available if required.

Situated in a peaceful residential area of Kato Paphos within easy walking distance of the municipal beach, the harbour, bars, cafes and night life. 15 minutes drive from the famous Coral bay beach, 5 minutes from town and shopping, or alternatively, an hours drive from the beautiful Troodos mountains and great winter skiing!. Other places of interest include world heritage archaeological sites such as the mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings.

On arrival Kasia was waiting at the villa for us and also helped get our missing pram sorted, the villa was spotless, so too were both front and back gardens, the only fault was the pool was a little dirty but early the next morning the pool cleaner came and did a fantastic job, with a little help from our children!! the only problem we had were the stairs and the children as we have a toddler we were concerned for her safety, and would recommend some stair gates at the top and bottom for familys with young children staying at the villa. We would recommend the local aqua park its great for the kids and adults!! also the aquarium. Also you have to go to fat mammas its amazing but only order half portions they were huge.
We would stay here again if we ever returned to cyprus and would recommend to our friends

Our first holiday in Cyprus

Great holiday Villa is clean confortable and excatly as posted on site , Kasia meet on the day and was very helpful.
The pool is great and always clean(somebuilding work going on locally but not a disturbance)

It is about a 40min walk to Harbour but taxis are great and easy to get, lots of good resturants and bars
Also easy to get to places on buses.

Our first visit and we would return, very relaxing and a pleasure to stay there

What a great Villa. Very clean and spacious. No expense spared. Great LCD TV and DVD player. There are even DVD's supplied for you to watch.

The pool is great. A good size and very clean.

The car was also superb. A bit old but it gets you anywhere and save a fortune on local car hire rates.

Easy walking distance to all the Restaurants and Bars in Paphos.

We really enjoyed our time here. The owners clearly want you to have a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Villa in Paphos

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. It was clean, spacious and quite handy to walk to the many restaurants. We hired the car for 2 days and went to Coral Bay and Polis. However we always came back as there is a lovely pool and it was nice and quiet. I would go back to this Villa in the future. It was handy to have two bathroom en suite as we were with our friends. Kasia who looks after the villa is very good. We also had a taxi waiting for us at the airport on our arrival.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
