Eliana Villa is a detached villa with it's own private swimming pool in a very quiet area of Kato Paphos ideal for your summer holiday rental. Eliana Villa comprises of a spacious lounge with patio door leading to the pool area. A dining area for six persons. A fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar. A cloakroom and WC with basin on the ground floor. A granite staircase lead to first floor. The first floor has 1 double bedroom with en suite and patio doors leading to a balcony which overlooks the pool; one main bathroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. Eliana Villa also has sufficient off street parking for 2 cars. The city centre, beach and harbour are just minutes away!

Eliana Villa is in a PRIME LOCATION in Kato Paphos. Our villa is in a peaceful and tranquil area but still within easy WALKING DISTANCE of the heart of Kato Paphos and Paphos Harbour with it's many shops, restaurants, taverns, pubs, banks, supermarkets and beaches. Making it a superb choice whatever your idea of the perfect holiday is. Car hire is not essential as everything is within easy walking distance and there is a bus stand 2 minutes walk away, the service runs regularly to everywhere in Paphos. If you wish to explore more of this beautiful island and attractions by car, the Akamas nature reserve is approximately 15 minutes drive away, the water park is approximately 20 minutes drive and the Troodos mountains (skiing in winter) are approximately 1 hour drive.

We Will Definately Return!

We were really surprised at the size of our villa it was so spacious , on the internet the pool didnt look as big as the actual size so we were so pleased.

We had a fantastic time there and the villa is quite private, the air con and the pool were so welcome as the weather in Cyprus reached 39 40 so we spent a lot of our time in the pool. We didnt want for anything and Jouilietta and her Dad were so helpful and welcoming. The kitchen was really well equipped and the Barbeque was brilliant on the days that we didnt hire a car.

We would definately return when we get the chance. Thanks again for a great holiday.
Owner's Response: Yes everyone says that the pictures do not reflect the true size of the villa. Unfortunately it is very difficuilt to capture this in a photograph but then again it is much better to come and be surprised!

Very Clean & Well Equiped Villa

Very clean and well equiped villa with a nice pool. Had a wonderful barbeque cooked by Jullietas father which was great value for money. We would certainly go there again if we ever return to Cyprus.

I Wished I Had Booked Longer!

Very well looked after gorgeous villa, just like the desciption states, in a quiet area and secluded and private, yet close enough to everything to be able to walk into town and back 2 or 3 times a day if needed. An amazing local supermarket / fruit store too just a short walk from the villa. The villa was beautiful, spacious and enjoyable, with air con in the bedrooms and the beautiful sized pool outside the living room this was ideal. Nothing better than getting back from a hot walk or waking up the night after a few drinks and relaxing in the pool. Great gas bbq too for easy outdoor cooking. Our first stay in a villa but were blown away. Joulietta and father were great hosts and go out their way to help you out. My only regret, i wished id booked longer!
Owner's Response: I am so pleased you all enjoyed the tranquility of Eliana Villa and as you say with the added advantage of only a 15 minuite walk to the harbour but obviously much closer to local tavernas etc. The local supermarket/fruitmarket which is just a short walk from Eliana called "The Garden of Eden" is an absolute treat to visit as they sell all the local produce and everything is as fresh as it comes. Never mind it was a short break this time I look forward to welcoming you back next year!

Nothing Was Too Much Trouble - Excellent!

The property and the villa owner and her father were very good. For Joulietta and Demetrios nothing is too much trouble and their extensive connections and knowledge of the island was second to none.

The villa is well placed for families who wish to enjoy time around the pool, barbecue in the evening and enjoy the attraction of being located near to Paphos which is within walking distance. Time from the villa to Paphos on foot would be around 15 minutes.

The gardens of Villa Eliana are very private so that you can enjoy your time around pool as we are not overlooked by neighbours. In fact the villa faces an open field lined with Cypress trees.

Everything We Needed For A Good Holiday!

The property was very clean and well presented and had everything needed to provide for a good holiday. Good in size, close to amenities, no car was needed. The pool was a brilliant asset and cleaned constantly. Joulietta and her father provided an excellent service, nothing was too much trouble for them.
Would recommend this villa to friends.
