Villa Rosetta - a luxury detached villa with stunning sea-views and sunsets. Perfectly located close to Coral Bay, it is in the lovely village of Kissonerga with its local restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and bank. The villa is extremely spacious, fully furnished and finished to an extremely high standard throughout. It is fully air-conditioned. There are four large bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The master and second bedrooms have large balconies with beautiful sea views. There are three bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, a separate utility room (with washing machine), and very large living areas with a separate dining area. Villa Rosetta caters particularly well for disabled, elderly or infirm guests having a ground floor bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. It has a private garage with electric doors and ample driveway parking space. It has a well-maintained private 8x4m pool (cleaned and checked daily) with generous sun terraces.

All of these facilities are conveniently close by. The villa is in a quiet and peaceful location which is just 500 metres from the local beaches. The well-known sandy beach of Coral Bay is just a few minutes drive away while the historic town of Paphos, with its many and varied shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife is only 8km away. Paphos International Airport is 20km away.
