Coastal two bedroom bungalow villa with its own private swimming pool located quite literally a few meters from the beach. The villa is 3.5km from the sandy beach of Coral Bay and the nearby banks, restaurants and shops. Paphos International Airport is 20km away and Paphos, which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good nightlife, is 8km away. There is one double and one twin bedroom, with two bathrooms, an open-plan lounge and dining area with a fully fitted kitchen, which includes all modern comforts, and outdoors there is a mature private garden and a completely private swimming pool.

nice house, but in very dirry condition

We were not satisfied with the house, it was very dirty.
- At the entrance stood garbage bags
- All the dishes was in very dirty conditions
- The cupboards were dirty inside so that we do not want to put our clean cloth in.
- The pool was looking like it was never cleaned the last 4 weeks
- We could not use the upper balcony, because it was terrible looking
- All around the house was not swept for a long time
- The damaged front door mate was so dirty that you cannot touch it
- In the small bathroom light did not work, there was no mirror and towel hook was damaged
- The garden light and the pool light was broken

We paid a lot of money for this house and rent it in clean conditions.

It was really a shame to see the conditions of the house when we arrived.

sorry, but my english is not very good and i write in french.
la villa est très bien située et la description correspond à la réalité, très belle vue sur la mer et magnifique coucher du soleil.
seul point négatif, la propreté de la cuisine et quelques objets défectueux. après avoir téléphoné à la responsable, tout a été réglé très rapidement.
nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances et recommandons cette villa
suggestion : enlever tout le vieux matériel et objets cassés et inutiles qui trainent dans les 2 passages et sur le sundeck.
