This beautiful, luxury villa is situated directly on the coastline, with a large garden, and unobstructed, panoramic sea views. The interior is well laid out and comfortably furnished, having a spacious lounge with open fireplace, large dining table and modern, fully equipped kitchen. Patio doors lead out to a furnished terrace overlooking the pool, gardens and sea. There are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor, one with en-suite shower room, the other with en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Between the bedrooms is an additional guest WC. On the first floor is the master double bedroom, with en-suite shower room and private balcony overlooking the sea. Outside, the 8m x 4m private swimming pool has walk-in steps, and is surrounded by a paved terrace set with sun loungers, and there is a barbeque area. The swimming pool can be heated during the cooler months (see below) Just a few steps away is the sparkling blue sea, and sandy beaches can be found within a couple of minutes stroll.

The villa is situated directly on the seafront on the picturesque coastline of Kissonerga Village, between Paphos Town and Coral Bay. Kissonerga is a small village surrounded by tropical banana plantations, and a good selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops can be found within easy walking distance of the property, as can the bus stop. Frequent buses link Coral Bay and Paphos Town, where a wider selection of amenities can be found. Paphos Town with it's colourful daily market can be reached within 10 minutes drive, as can the popular harbour and tourist area. Coral Bay, with it's golden sandy beach is just 5 minutes by car or bus.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates are inclusive of welcome grocery pack and weekly cleaning service. Air conditioning is optional, payable locally to the owner at 6 Euros per unit/per day. Optional heated swimming pool at a supplement of GB£52 per day, bookable and payable in advance.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card. Please note that payments made by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.

Magical waterfront location made our holiday

You will not be disappointed with the position of this villa - you can hear the sea when you wake up and before you go to sleep. We ate our breakfast looking at the waves every morning and watched the sun going down on the terrace most evenings. Absolutely magical. It made our holiday.
However, the pool was really cold - the sea was warmer than the pool when we went in October!! So, I would definitely recommend you pay the extra for heating the pool at this time of year if you use the pool a lot - we certainly would next time! Due to this we travelled to many more beaches than we would have done had the pool been warmer, so in a way, we got to see more of the island! We used the car every day to go exploring or just to the beach - best at Coral Bay and lovely coastline up at Latchi where we snorkelled at the Blue Lagoon. Highly recommended. We ate out most nights. You really do need a car to go travelling around as Kissonerga is not a large place and the roads really are OK. There is one taverna within walking distance along the rocky frontage. But there's a much better choice in nearby Coral Bay and Paphos itself. We found some excellent restaurants and the food was delicious in most.
The villa was comfortable but not luxurious. The cooker really needs sorting and the beds were hard for our taste. This did not detract from the overall experience and I would thoroughly recommend this villa. It was a great base and we were only sorry we hadn't booked two weeks instead of one! So much to see so little time. We hope to return one day but would also consider the villa next door so that WE get the balcony in the double room next time - not the kids!!
