The villa is 3.5km from the sandy beach of Coral Bay and the nearby banks, restaurants and shops. Paphos International Airport is 20km away and Paphos, which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good nightlife, is 8km away. There is one double and one twin bedroom, with two bathrooms (one en-suite), an open-plan lounge and dining area with a fully fitted kitchen, which includes all modern comforts, and outdoors there is a mature private garden and a completely private swimming pool. Villa has air conditioning in both bedrooms.

Notes to the rental rates

• Please note that the rental costs are all inclusive and there are no additional or hidden costs of any nature. The rental rates also include the use of air conditioning and baby cot and high chair are also available upon request with our compliments.
  
• Our preferred changeover day is Wednesday. This has been forced upon us by the airline companies which run the bulk of their flights from the UK into Paphos on a Wednesday to Wednesday basis. However, if this is inconvenient we will do our best to be accommodating. If you would like to provisionally reserve a villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take your chosen villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days. To secure a villa booking we ask for a down payment of 25% and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. We would be happy to provide you with airport transfers or a quote for car hire.

The villa has been built and furnished to the very highest standards and includes marble floors, a modern fully fitted kitchen with all necessary kitchen utensils, air conditioning throughout, satellite TV, and exceptionally looked after mature gardens. There is one double and one twin bedroom,two bathrooms with one shower and one bathtub (en suite), a large open-plan lounge and dining area which leads on to the pool area and the private gardens. Complete outdoor dining furniture and sun beds are provided and the view of the sea just a few meters away is breathtaking.
