Coastal two bedroom two bathroom bungalow villa with its own private swimming pool located quite literally a few meters from the beach. The villa is 3.5km from the sandy beach of Coral Bay and the nearby banks, restaurants and shops. Paphos International Airport is 20km away and Paphos, which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good nightlife, is 8km away. There is one double and one twin bedroom, with two bathrooms, an open-plan lounge and dining area with a fully fitted kitchen which includes all modern comforts, and outdoors there is a mature private garden and a completely private swimming pool benefiting from some of the most stunning sea views which any villa can offer.

The villa is located on the coast of Kissonerga Bay and overlooks the bay of Coral Bay. It enjoys exceptional sea views and is conveniently located just 3 km from the heart of Coral Bay Village and 8 km from Paphos Town Centre. Travelling to either destination by car is easy as the villa is linked to both by a major road which links Coral Bay and Paphos whilst for those who prefer not to drive there is a regular bus and taxi service within a short walk away from the villa.

  • BOOKING INFORMATION: If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take this villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days upon request. Once you have secured suitable flights and are in a position to confirm the villa booking we ask for a down payment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement.
  • AIRPORT TRANSFERS & CAR HIRE: If you would like to hire a car for your holiday, we recommend a local company which will offer you a great deal on car hire. Included in their service, they meet you at the airport (Paphos) and deliver the car to you there. You can then follow them to the villa where they will hand over the keys to the property. This means that you will save an average of € 110.00 for the arrival and return journey to the airport in taxi fares. Their car hire rates are very attractive and we have always been encouraged by the reviews posted to us by previous guests. Alternatively, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. 1.Firstly I want to apologise for not letting you know what a wonderful week we had at the Fulvio Villa, first week in
October. Thank you. It really was great, the sunsets are absolutely breath taking and we returned home to England depressed and miserable because of the fantastic weather we had to leave behind. Anyway, will stop rambling on and get to the point. Is the Fulvio villa free
around the same time for one week next year ( Sept - Oct 2002) as we would both like to return.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
