Photographs of this villa do not do it justice!! Standing in a sizeable plot of land at an area of natural beauty, this large seaside house has the beach for a back yard. A unique beach front villa offers excellent 4 en-suite bedroom accommodation on two floors. There is a terrace, which leads from the living room and the dinning room to the swimming pool, barbecue and the garden. The garden surrounds the pool and overlooks the beach and the Mediterranean. Watch the sun set over the blue sea listening to the waves. Inside, the house is spacious, fully furnished & nicely decorated. The sea views from all the rooms in the house as well as all balconies, verandas and the roof garden are spectacular. All this and a very convenient location too as it is situated in an area near Kissonerga village and Coral Bay, and, only 20 minutes drive from Paphos town.

The beach house is standing alone in front of a bay surrounded by an area of natural beauty and commanding unobstructed panoramic sea and mountain views. If you are searching for privacy and peace of mind then we strongly feel that you won't be disappointed. The villa has a direct access to the beach. Just walk 20 meters and you are there. Fishing lovers can almost throw their line in the sea from the edge of the garden. The sea here is deep and suitable for good swimmers. About 500 yards from the beach house there is a popular fish tavern with nice sea views as also a couple of bars. Furthermore, there are a handful of additional bars/restaurants and a mini market within a mile's distance. Also, there's a corner shop 200 yards from the beach house for the daily essentials. A wider selection of bars/restaurants exist two miles away in the cosmopolitan area of Coral Bay. There's also a bus service which runs every 15 minutes and the bus station is only 50 yards from the beach house.

Notes: The villa's 8.5m x 4.5m swimming pool is complete with patio furniture and sun loungers, surrounded by patio area and grass. Uninterrupted sea views can be enjoyed relaxing by your own pool. Outside kitchen with sink covered area as well as outdoors shower. Air/con and heating are optional extras and can be arranged either with the booking or on arrival at the villa. Air/con is available at £3 per day per unit. Central heating is available at £5 per day. Discounts to rental rates for long winter lets are available. ADDITIONAL FACILITIES Also note that we are very friendly with a nearby hotel and their management/owners have agreed that they are happy to offer their facilities to anyone staying in our beach house based on a very reasonable price list. Facilities include Tennis Court, Gym, Indoor Heated swimming pool and Snooker Table room (great for winter breaks) as well as internet access, cafe, snack bar and restaurant. The hotel is merely 5 minutes walk from the beach house.

Well we are all back home now some of us even back at work. Just like to say how much we all enjoyed our time in Cyprus staying at Poseidon. It was amazing watching the sunset from the terrace with a glass of wine and how refreshing it was to relax in and by the pool.
Once again thank you for the help received from you and your father and I am sure we will consider returning in the very near future.
