Coastal four bedroom two bathroom villa with its own private swimming pool located quite literally a few meters from the beach and in an elevated position offering stunning sea views. The villa is located 3.5km from Coral Bay which offers the sandy beach, a large number of restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars and supermarkets and shops. Paphos International Airport is 20km away and Paphos, which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good nightlife, is 8km away. There are three doubles and one twin bedrooms, with two bathrooms, an open-plan lounge and dining area with a fully fitted kitchen and outdoors there is a mature private garden and a completely private swimming pool benefiting from some of the most stunning sea views which any villa can offer. The villa has been recently refurnished to a high standard.

The villa is located on the coast of Kissonerga Bay and overlooks the bay of Coral Bay. It enjoys exceptional sea views and is conveniently located just 3 km from the heart of Coral Bay Village and 8 km from Paphos Town Centre. Travelling to either destination by car is easy as the villa is linked to both by a major road which links Coral Bay and Paphos whilst for those who prefer not to drive there is a regular bus and taxi service within a short walk away from the villa.

The accommodation consists of an open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, and three bedrooms with two bathrooms and a guest cloakroom.

Location: The villa is located between Paphos and Coral Bay Village. There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance but there is a bus stop about 400m away which connect the area with both Paphos and Coral Bay. For guests who choose to hire a car, the villa is about 8 minutes from Paphos and 4 minutes from Coral Bay Village. Guests will find an abundance of restaurants, tavernas, bars, cafes, supermarkets and public beaches at both destinations.

BOOKING INFORMATION: If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take this villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days upon request. Once you have secured suitable flights and are in a position to confirm the villa booking we ask for a down payment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement.

CAR HIRE & AIRPORT TRANSFERS: If you would like to hire a car for your holiday, we recommend a local company which will offer you a great deal on car hire. Included in their service, they meet you at the airport (Paphos) and deliver the car to you there. You can then follow them to the villa where they will hand over the keys to the property. This means that you will save an average of € 110.00 for the arrival and return journey to the airport in taxi fares. Their car hire rates are very attractive and we have always been encouraged by the reviews posted to us by previous guests. Alternatively, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you.
