Our family villa Elia House is a NEW luxury, detached, 4 bedroom, 180sq m villa. Situated the beautiful rural village of Mandria on the outskirts of Paphos. Elia House is lavishly furnished to the highest standards with its own large private Roman style swimming pool. The ground floor open plan comprises of a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area, study and lounge with patio doors opening onto the swimming pool area. A cloakroom and WC with basin is also located on the ground floor. A polished marble staircase leads to the first floor which has a master bedroom with en suite and a double bedroom, both with patio doors opening on to a balcony overlooking the pool. Two twin bedrooms and a bathroom complete the first floor. We provide the following services: Meet & Greet, welcome pack, mid-week clean & towel change, and our personal service at all times. Elia House exceeded our expectations, the photos don't do it justice, that's how lovely it is. Joulietta has thought of every little detail to make your stay as perfect as possible. I definitely recommend booking a car through Joulietta. We were a group of 7 arriving on a night flight, the car rental assistant took us straight to the villa which took all the stress away. Elia House is situated close to 3 superb golf courses: APHRODITE HILLS (Par 71 6,299m) Location: Just 5 minutes drive from Elia House. This magnificent 18-hole golf course, designed by acclaimed course architect, Cabell B. Robinson was five years in the making. It follows the scenic contours of two plateaux, while its challenging fairways cut a swathe through lakes, olive and carob trees. Understandably, the course has taken its rightful place among the very best the Mediterranean can offer. SECRET VALLEY (Par 72 6,120m) Location: 5 minutes drive from Elia House. Secret Valley is mainly flat, unlike Aphrodite Hills or Tsada. It is largely protected from prevailing winds and is usually a few degrees warmer.Secret Valley is flanked on three sides by hills covered with ferns, gorse and heather. Tees, fairways, walkways and greens are decorated with bougainvillea, azalea, myrtle, grand conifers and spreading palm trees. TSADA GOLF CLUB (par 72 6,060 meters. Location: 10 minutes drive from Elia House. Situated Tsada is set on the grounds of 12th century monastery, in a verdant valley 550 meters above sea level ensures cool breezes during the summer months.
