Eva Gardens is situated at the edge of the Akamas peninsular only a 30 minute drive from Paphos Airport. Here you can enjoy rural tranquillity yet you are close to the traditional village of Peyia & a short drive from Paphos with its unlimited shopping & entertainment options. Additional information about rental rates

  • The price is the weekly rate for the property for up to 4 persons ( not per person). Rates include air conditioning, electricity and water. The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Dates can be reserved for 48 hours to allow for travel arrangements, flights etc to be made. A non-refundable deposit of 1/3 or £100 (whichever is the greater) of the total rental price is required for reservations with the balance of payment required 8 weeks before departure. We can also rent part weeks by day. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. We advise that travel insurance is taken out in case of unexpected cancellation. We try to avoid same day changeovers and if there is no one coming in on the same day you leave you are welcome to use the accommodation until you need to go to the airport.
  • A change of freshly laundered bedlinen and towels is provided for a stay of more than 7 days. Beach towels are provided saving weight in your suitcase.

Things to see and do: This area provides an excellent base to explore ancient archaelogical sites as well as the usual tourist attractions eg. shops, bars, water park, etc. An hour's drive takes you to the Troodos mountains where there is a wealth of beautiful scenery. A trip to the famous monastery is a must. The Akamus is a conservation area where at certain times the sea turtles come and lay their eggs at Lara Beach. In this area there are many nature trails to explore. Off roading in 4 wheel drive vehicles is very popular also. Not far from Coral Bay is the tiny fishing harbour of Agios Georgios where you will see facinating sea caves. The fish tavernas here are particularly popular.Aphrodites Rock and Pissouri are worth visiting. Mini cruises to Egypt and the Pyramids are available with ships leaving from Limassol.

Eating out: Eating out in Cyprus is reasonable with a variety of restaurants and tavernas to suit all tastes and pockets.

Golf & Ski-ing: There can be no better area than this for golfers seeking golf holidays in the warmth of the Eastern Mediterranean. There are 3 challenging world class golf courses within a short drive. Aphrodite Hills is a unique 5 Star Award Winning Golf Course, with magnificent views from 2 plateaux, 300m high. It plays to a Par 71 and measures 6,665 metres. It is only 2 min from the Paphos/Limassol motorway. Tsada Golf Club is just 20 mins from Paphos, 550 metres high. It plays to a Par 72, and measures 6,120 metres. The Secret Valley Golf Course is 18k east of Paphos lying within a scenic valley with panoramic views. It plays to a Par 72 and measures 6,120 metres. All these locations, being high, ensure cool breezes during the summer months and of course Cyprus is almost guaranteed wall to wall sunshine from April to November.

Ski: The weather is usually bright and sunny and many local residents wear little more than light clothes and sandals! There are six different ski runs on four different slopes all of Alpine standard and varying in length from 100-500m. Sun Valley 1 for beginners, Sun Valley 2 for more proficient skiers and North Face 1 & 2 for the more experienced. Although the Troodos ski resort can never compete with the European ones it is nevertheless popular as it is friendly & welcomes skiers of all levels of experience. The atmosphere is pleasantly relaxed as skiers can comfortably walk around with old skis and clothes - no designer trendsetters here! You can hire everything you need, skis, snowboards and toboggans

Fantastic property situated in the idyllic surround of Pegia town.
The property is fully equipped to suit either a couple or family on their holiday stay. Thoroughlly well maintained throughout and in Dennis and Barbara -visitors are assured the most friendly hospitality -nothing is too much trouble.

Try any of the numerous tavernas and cafes that boast local cuisine and where you can relax in the pleasant surrounds. Visit the gorgeous Coral Bay beach resort and follow the rugged coastline upwards to the Akamas Peninsular and lose yourself in the countryside and if you are lucky -see the turtles snake their way up the beach to lay their eggs.

Pegia has everything you could want -including the relentless Cyprus sunshine!

The apartment was immaculate,spacious and well located in Pagia with a beautiful pool just a few steps from the patio. In October it was like our own private pool because only one other couple used it while we were there.

There were provisions enough, on arrival, including wine and a cool beer, so that you didn't have to go straight to the shops. I would recommend that you hire a car to get about and to pop into the village for supplies, because it is about half a mile, slightly up hill and although it is easily walkable in the evening, it would be a bit hot during the day.

In Pagia, there are several good shops in which you can get almost anything and the resteraunts cater for almost all tastes. A couple of miles away, at Coral Bay there are lots more, including a very good Chinese. The beach at Coral Bay is also very good and a little way up the coast are spectacular sea caves.

The weather while we were there was hotter that average for the time of year and reached a lovely mid to high 30s.

This was a superb holiday in a beautiful apartment, which was a credit to the owners, who had thought of everything to make us feel comfortable.

Exactly as described, spotlessly clean and the welcome pack we ordered through our hosts was waiting our arrival.
This is a quiet residential area with the village a 15 minute walk away but be warned it is all uphill. A hire car is a must but can be safely left overnight in the village if you fancy a few drinks and then walk home downhill.
Everywhere we ate out in Pegia or Coral Bay was fine.
The pool area was very quiet although we were there in October so I couldn't vouch for what it might be like in peak season. It is a shame the pool has no heating as it was on the cold side.
I would recommend this property without resevation.
Owner's Response: Even in peak season I would say on average there are only half a dozen people in the pool maximum and the pool is very very warm July and August. You can swim comfortably May to October. As advertised, we do recommend a car.

Just returned from 2 weeks holiday in B3 Eva Gardens and we all had a great time in Cyprus. The town house really was brilliant,everything we needed was there and we felt it was home from home. Barbara and Denis should be very proud of their home, the facilities around the complex were second to none and the location was great for seeing Cyprus. We would definitely recommend this property and if we return to Cyprus then we would wish to stay here. Restaurants in the area are very good and not too expensive.
Car is essential and we would recommend visiting Troudos and also Omodus which we found enchanting.

We had a wonderful stay at Eva Gardens in July 2009. The property was clean, welcoming and nicely furnished with all that was needed for a comfortable self-catering holiday. Denis and Barbara were very helpful with info and advice (as were the friendly neighbours) and were even prepared to get a few necessary grocery items in for us as our flight only got in late at night. The villas are quiet and peaceful and we had the pool virtually to ourselves for most of the two weeks we were there.
The beaches at Coral Bay are beautiful and there are many restaurants within walking distance of the villa. A car is essential if you want to go further afield and there is much to see on the island from lovely fishing harbours, to the Troodos mountains as well as many archaeological digs. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.
