For families or couples, this terraced house, tastefully furnished & immaculate throughout has everything you need for a comfortable self catering holiday. Set in an attractive small development it offers a peaceful atmosphere but is within easy reach of the sea and Peyia village. Its patio & private garden, ideal for eating al fresco, leads to the communal gardens & 15m x 5m pool with plenty of sunbeds & umbrellas. Fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans in the lounge & main bedroom. Open-plan living/dining room with satellite TV, split-level fully fitted kitchen area. Downstairs WC. Upstairs the bathroom is between the 2 spacious bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes. The double room has a balcony overlooking the gardens & pool, & the twin room has views of the mountains & wonderful sunsets over the sea. Electricity, bed linen, towels (except beach towels) are included. Welcome pack can be arranged as can car hire & airport transfers. Parking in own private driveway.

Eva Gardens is situated at the edge of the Akamas peninsular only a 30 minute drive from Paphos Airport. Here you can enjoy rural tranquillity yet you are close to the traditional village of Peyia & a short drive from Paphos with its unlimited shopping & entertainment options. A 5 min. drive leads to the beautiful Coral Bay with its 2 sandy beaches where you can relax or partake in the watersports eg. jet-ski hire, banana boat rides, paragliding. Also within a few minutes drive are the spectacular Sea Caves and the tiny fishing harbour of Agios Georgios. In both Coral Bay and Peyia you will find shops, tavernas, restaurants, bars, banks, internet cafe and supermarkets and from Peyia you have easy access to Polis & the fishing village of Latchi where there is a marina and great fish restaurants. Notes to the rental rates

The price is the weekly rate for the property for up to 4 persons ( not per person). Rates include air conditioning, electricity and water. The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Dates can be reserved for 48 hours to allow for travel arrangements, flights etc to be made. A non-refundable deposit of 1/3 or £100 (whichever is the greater) of the total rental price is required for reservations with the balance of payment required 8 weeks before departure. We can also rent part weeks by day. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. We advise that travel insurance is taken out in case of unexpected cancellation.

Things to see and do
This area provides an excellent base to explore ancient archaelogical sites as well as the usual tourist attractions eg. shops, bars, water park, etc. An hour's drive takes you to the Troodos mountains where there is a wealth of beautiful scenery. A trip to the famous monastery is a must. The Akamus is a conservation area where at certain times the sea turtles come and lay their eggs at Lara Beach. In this area there are many nature trails to explore. Off roading in 4 wheel drive vehicles is very popular also. Not far from Coral Bay is the tiny fishing harbour of Agios Georgios where you will see facinating sea caves. The fish tavernas here are particularly popular.Aphrodites Rock and Pissouri are worth visiting. Mini cruises to Egypt and the Pyramids are available with ships leaving from Limassol.

Eating out in Cyprus is reasonable with a variety of restaurants and tavernas to suit all tastes and pockets.

Golf Information:
There can be no better area than this for golfers seeking golf holidays in the warmth of the Eastern Mediterranean. There are 3 challenging world class golf courses within a short drive. Aphrodite Hills is a unique 5 Star Award Winning Golf Course, with magnificent views from 2 plateaux, 300m high. It plays to a Par 71 and measures 6,665 metres. It is only 2 mins from the Paphos/Limassol motorway. Tsada Golf Club is just 20 mins from Paphos, 550 metres high. It plays to a Par 72, and measures 6,120 metres. The Secret Valley Golf Course is 18k east of Paphos lying within a scenic valley with panoramic views. It plays to a Par 72 and measures 6,120 metres. All these locations, being high, ensure cool breezes during the summer months and of course Cyprus is almost guaranteed wall to wall sunshine from April to November.
