The villa sits elevated on the edge of a lemon and orange grove offering exceptional views. It is located just 1.5km from the sandy beach at Coral Bay and the local banks, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Paphos International Airport is 20km away, and Paphos which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good nightlife is just 8km away. Local sports include golf, at the Tsada Golf Club (10km), horse riding in the immediate vicinity, and water sports at Coral Beach.

    Just to let you know that Cyprus was just as good this time! (apart from the thunderstorm - but it did not last long). Eliada 3 is lovely with beautiful views. I think we probably preferred Eliada 2,only because we didn't have to go up and down stairs at 2 after lots of Cypriot wine!
    Frixos was very kind (lots of oranges and lemons to last for 2 weeks).We had a great time and look forward to coming back again soon.
    I am determined that my Greek will be better by the time we come again.

BOOKING INFORMATION: If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take this villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days upon request. Once you have secured suitable flights and are in a position to confirm the villa booking we ask for a down payment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement.

CAR HIRE & AIRPORT TRANSFERS: If you would like to hire a car for your holiday, we recommend a local company which will offer you a great deal on car hire. Included in their service, they meet you at the airport (Paphos) and deliver the car to you there. You can then follow them to the villa where they will hand over the keys to the property. This means that you will save an average of € 110.00 for the arrival and return journey to the airport in taxi fares. Their car hire rates are very attractive and we have always been encouraged by the reviews posted to us by previous guests. Alternatively, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you.
