Villa Brodie is a spacious, modern villa that has its own pool, the villa has magnificent coastal and mountain views. It is located right opposite Coral Bay, on the hillside, just 5 minutes drive from all the amenities at Coral Bay. Villa Brodie has been furnished to a very high standard, the master bedroom has a king size double bed and a large en-suite shower room, a balcony overlooking the pool and coastal and mountain views. The other 2 bedrooms have twin 3'6' beds for your comfort, both have wonderful views over the coast and mountains. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes & drawer space. There is a family bathroom with bath & shower. The downstairs is open plan, with Kitchen, Dining Room & Lounge all luxuriously appointed. Dish Washer, Washing Machine, Satellite TV, DVD, Video, CD player, hairdryer, safe. Also a Cloakroom. All rooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. Patio and pool furniture are also of a high standard. Maid service on request, pool service twice week

Villa Brodie is set in a peaceful hillside location just 5 minutes drive from Coral Bay with the best beaches in the Paphos area. The Akamas peninsular is also within a short driving distance. This goes all the way to Polis/ Latchi, the coast line and beautiful nature reserve are well worth a visit, take all day and enjoy a picnic. Paphos town is only 15 minutes drive and the airport 30minutes. There are plenty of good restaurants in Coral Bay and all the way along the road into Paphos, but do visit the village, it has several great restaurants, a take away (La Frescoe) 3 banks, a bakery a chemist and a treasure of a supermarket, (Philippo) an Aladins cave where you can find almost anything you need.

Villa Brodie - Everything you could ever need!

Villa Brodie is easy to find and close to facilities (2mins drive from Peyia's tavernas, supermarkets, bakers etc and 5mins drive from Coral Bay's shops, bars, restaurants and beach) in a quiet cul-de-sac with lovely views. It was very peaceful and quiet and you are not overlooked. The villa has everything you could possibly need for your holiday (TV and DVD, hair dryer, a cool box to take to the beach with ice packs). Jan made the booking and delivery of the keys well in advance of the holiday (even sending an SAE for you to send the keys back on the return). She made it so easy. Their local contact was well informed and always helpful. Thank you, Danny. Try eating in nearby villages and don't miss the Akamas peninsula. Thankyou for a fantastic holiday.

A wonderful stay at villa brodie

With everything at your feet (5mins drive to coral bay or 25 mins to walk) with plenty or bar and taverners but it's quite cul-de-sac postion that gave us a quite holiday we wanted but in easy reach of thing we required making our stay every thing we wanted. The villa was gorgous very clean and very well maintained. Jan made the experience quick and easy from the start i was a bit wary at first with it being off the internet but was reasured once i spoke to jan thank you for a lovely holiday and hopfully will be going back next year

We had a great holiday at this villa!
It suited the whole family, which is very good as some of us are hard to please!
I highly recommend this villa because it's very comfortable and it's in a great location for visiting Coral Bay and Pafos.

Villa Brodie is excellently positioned (2mins drive from Peyia's tavernas, supermarkets, bakers etc and 5mins drive from Coral Bay's shops, bars, restaurants and beach) in a quiet cul-de-sac with fantastic views to the sea. There is no noise from passing traffic, you are not overlooked from the front or the back. The villa is well appointed with everything you will require for your holiday (including a cold box to take to the beach with ice packs). Jan made the booking and delievery of the keys well in advance of the holiday (even sending an SAE for you to send the keys back on the return). I would highly recommend a holiday at Villa Brodie. We will definately book for next year.

A Great Holiday Home

I would like to take the opportunity to let you know what a wonderful holiday we had in Cyprus staying in Villa Brodie.

We have rented many villa's over the years but this is the first time I have felt inclined to recommend to any one else.

A good location (just far enough away) near Coral Bay and its restaurants/beaches with great living space and obviously used by the owners as the furniture and equipment are not the usual bare essentials.

Best of all is the feeling of home that it conveys as you step out of the hot sun!
