This charming bungalow style 3 bedroom stone villa is set on an exclusive residential area in the hillside village of Peyia. The elevated position of this villa ensures it enjoys enviable panoramic views stretching across the countryside and ravine towards the sea. The comfortably furnished living area is dominated by the working corner stone fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is accessed through an archway. The 3 bedrooms are located along the corridor leading from the lounge. The master double bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and patio doors that lead directly onto the pool terrace. There are two further twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms. With wooden beamed ceilings and whitewashed walls which contrast starkly with dark wood furnishings there is an air of tradition and a feeling of cosiness to this delightful villa. The swimming pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace fully equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, a barbeque, and a wooden table and chairs.

Peyia is a large, traditional hillside village overlooking the resort of Coral Bay and the Paphos coastline, with many excellent restaurants and tavernas, a couple of good supermarkets and an ancient church. The villa is located within a 15 minute walk of the village centre and approximately 7 minutes drive from the resort of Coral Bay with its sandy beach. Paphos town, harbour, daily market and Water Park can be reached within 25 minutes drive. The location of the villa is ideal for those wishing to explore the nearby Akamas nature Reserve or further north the Chrysochou Bay, incorporating the fishing harbour of Latchi and the old town of Polis.
