Open sunbathing terrace around pool with sun loungers Large private swimming pool 8 x 4 metres, 1.7 metres (5’ 6”) at deep and 90cm (3’) shallow end. Gas BBQ.

Interior: GROUND FLOOR - Entrance hall to lounge and marble staircase. Large open plan dining room and lounge with patio doors opening onto terraces. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen plus toaster, coffee machine and all necessary kitchen and dining utensils. Twin bedroom with patio doors opening onto terraces. Shower room. Local Area: Paphos region is an area of outstanding beauty and a highly sought after location within the resort of Coral Bay and close to the traditional village of Peyia. The Villa is found off a private access lane along with a small gathering of other select villas. Coral Bay is 3 minutes drive. Peyia village is 3 minutes drive. Paphos is 15 minutes drive. Akamas Nature Reserve is 10 minutes drive. Paphos airport is 35 minutes drive.

Just arrived back from Our trip to Paphos in which on the 1st week of 2, we stayed at Villa Daniki.
There were just 2 of us staying in the Villa, but found there would be plenty of room for a further 4 people with 2 good sized double bedrooms on the first floor and a 3rd double on the ground floor situated next to the 2nd bathroom, with patio doors opening up on to the pool area.
The upper bedrooms open up on to a large and beautiful varrander, this has lovely views over towards the Sea and hills surrounding and is a sun trap for most of the day.
We found upon arrival that the villa was very clean and finished to a high standard, obviously maintained regardless of cost as we could tell by the smell of fresh paint.
We hired a car for our stay (needed) and found the villa an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area (coral bay 5 mins, paphos 20 mins) also went futher a field to Natchi beach (40 mins) and can recomend hiring a boat - this was fantastic.There was a drive in which to park the car.
There is a good size kitchen and living area and by far our favourite part of the Villa was the private pool area where we could relax and catch the sun for the vast majority of the day.
The pool was clean and a chap turned up halfway through our stay again to clean and maintain it.
There is a road next to the villa but it was not too busy and did not interupt our enjoyment of the property at all.
Only small problem was a very stiff lock on the front door, this was reported to the property management people on the last day of our stay so I am sure it will now be sorted.

On summary I would definately reccomend Villa Daniki to my friends and relatives and would certainly consider staying here in the future.

The villa was clean and just as expected from the photos and had everything we needed. Pool clean when we arrived and once during stay. The villa gets the sun all day and the pool was still warm enough to use on a night after walking back from the village.

A couple of light bulbs went when we were there but the company who look after the property came out the same day and replaced them.

The village is a good 20 minutes (uphill walk) but there is a large car park - we drove up on a night, walked back to the villa then walked for the car in the morning when it was cooler and collected fresh bread. The Pegia taverna food was excellent and very reasonable. There are some good bars where you can relax and watch the sun go down.

Next to a road (mornings only) but to be honest it was so quiet in the surrounding area that it did not matter.

Only complaints are not many towells and it would have been good if they had supplied toilet rolls at least at the start.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Villa da Niki

We had a fantastic time at this villa, it was close to many local amenities and the sea caves at Coral Bay were brilliant, the kids loved it. I think the pool probably got the most use it has ever had, as it was an ideal place to teach my 4 year old to swim, and I am glad to say mission accomplished. Overall this villa had every thing my family required including many mod cons in the kitchen, it was well maintained and very clean, I am looking forward to going back as I have already booked for next year.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children

this villa is absolutely beautiful, it is next to the main road, but it is only certain times of the day, morning, which we were never woken by the sound of traffic, its beatiful views from the upstairs balcony are breathtaking, for late arrivals, there is a five min drive to coral bay main strip, where there are shops selling neccessities till very late, daytime, head up the hill and you will pay a third of the touristy prices, in main areas, the pool was spotless and the pool cleaner was really friendly, he came twice in the week, say hi to billy, over the road, he is a lovely guy, really helpful, with a world of local knowledge. Dave & sherri, were both really helpful, could not do enough for you.. we had a problem as kevs eardrum perforated, so we could not fly, yet dave said we could stay extra day if needed for free, however, we would have stayed on at our wonderful, romantic, peaceful villa, for longer, evenings are so quiet, you can hear nothing jjust distant buzzes here and there? you cant beat the stars they are just beautiful, we would lay on the upper balcony, watching the stars, the villa is safe enough for small children, the villa is next to the main road, but the gated entrance/exit, is the otherside of the house, small children should be watched over while outside, but the villa is walled all the way around. thanks for our gr8 stay, may be back again l8ter in the year.many thanks.x ann n kev.x

Holiday in Pegia

The property was very clean and tidy with good all round facilities, although on arriving at 9pm to find not one piece of toilet roll in the Villa was very frustrating. Mountain and Sea views are beautiful. The downside is the very busy road which is literally the otherside of where you see the barbeque, right next to the Villa. It is the main through road to Pegia with cars and lorries constantly going past. Very noisy and dangerous if you have young children. Children could easily climb the wall and head straight for the road. As far as the park is concerned it is a strip of waste land. We were lucky we had teenagers but would have been very very concerned if I had young children.
