Villa 'Eleni' was built in October 2006. It is located in the picturesque town of Pegeia (Peyia), 2km from the beautiful Coral Bay area and 15 minutes drive from Paphos harbour. It has 4 bedrooms (2 double, 2 twin), 2 of which have en-suite facilities. All upstairs bedrooms have private balconies with sea or mountain views. With fully fitted kitchen including fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine & dishwasher. With air conditioning/heating throughout and high quality furniture & fittings, this villa represents a luxurious holiday base. With private swimming pool & extensive sunbathing area.

Additional information about rental rates

  • All prices shown are for full use of the villa (NOT per person) for 1 week. Prices include electricity, hot & cold water and weekly cleaning service. A complimentary welcome pack of fresh fruit, bread, milk and water will be provided upon arrival.
    Price DOES NOT include air conditioning (or heating in winter months). This is charged locally at €3.50 per unit per day if required.
  • A 30% deposit will be payable at the time of reservation to secure the weeks required. This is a non-refundable charge but may be transferred onto different weeks if they are available. A key/damage deposit of £200 will also be payable on settlement of the outstanding balance. This deposit will be refunded after the letting period upon safe return of the property keys.
  • The outstanding balance is due to be paid 8 weeks before the start of the letting period. If a short notice booking is made (i.e. within 8 weeks of departure) then full payment will be required at the time of reservation.

Aother trip to Villa Eleni this year reminded me just how lovely a holiday there really is. The villa is beautifully appointed and a great place to relax and forget the stresses of normal life. It is near enough to Coral Bay and Paphos to make sure there is plenty to do if you can tear yourself away from your sun lounger round the pool (which is kept spotless). The villa has everything you could want on holiday, whether that is just enjoying the luxurious surroundings and privacy of your own place or plenty of space for the kids to play and TV to keep them amused. The villa is well looked after and serviced.

Fantastic Holiday at Villa Eleni

Villa Eleni was exactly as described on the web site. Absolutely fantastic! Jim did an excellent job maintaining the pool - it's probably the cleanest swimming pool in Cyprus! He was also very helpful with directions, local information etc, although it would perhaps be useful to have an information pack in the villa with details of nearest supermarkets, taxi numbers, medical centre etc. We would definately recommend Villa Eleni to anyone considering booking a holiday in Cyprus. Peyia is a lovely town with a good supermarket, lovely bakery and a small but good selection of tavernas. For a bit more varierty, Coral bay is only a short drive away. We enjoyed days out at the Waterpark, go-karting and paintballing - all of these are on the far side of Paphos about a 30min drive away. We had a great holiday and are looking forward to returning to Cyprus in the near future.

Clean, spacious villa

We have had a fantastic holiday at Villa Eleni and I would recommend this villa to anyone. The Villa is clean and includes everything you could possibly want in the well equipped kitchen as well as games and DVD's to keep you entertained at night. The pool is a nice size and gets the sun all day and into the evening which some of the surrounding villas did not. A car is essential if you are staying at this villa as the town of Pegeia is only small and is still a fair walk but there are many fantastic places to eat within a short car drive away. Jim and Rita were more than helpful and assisted us in everyway even down to organising a brand new cot and car seat for my 18 month old little boy who loved every minute although there were a couple of big steps that we needed to watch him on. Overall we all thought this was an excellent villa.

Excellent holiday

Excellent holiday, the villa had everything you could possibly want for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. A car is essential to visit the beautiful beaches and mountains, a jeep or similar highly recommended once off main roads. The villa is about a five minute drive from Coral bay’s night life and restaurants, too far to walk in the 34 deg plus heat of the day and much too long and pitch black roads to walk back after an excellent night out, local taxi’s available at reasonable rates. We enjoyed our stay at the villa and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We recently spent 2 weeks in this magnificent 4 bed 4 bath villa. The decor was contemporary and everything you could imagine needing was there to hand , including the playstation for the kids!!!!!
I highly recommend staying at villa Eleni i'm sure we will be returning very very soon!!!!!
