A stunning villa complete with high quality furnishings, situated just outside Coral Bay in an elevated position with panoramic sea and mountain views. The entrance at road level leads into an open plan kitchen/dining area, with seating for 8 people. The well equipped Italian kitchen is complete with granite worktops. This area opens out onto a large furnished balcony. There are two separate living areas and the villa is built on a larger than average plot so our guests never need to feel crowded.

The overflow pool (10x5m) has a Jacuzzi area at the shallow end and is set on a large terrace with views across the ravine towards the sea. The pool can be heated in low season (surcharge). There is a furnished gazebo for al-fresco dining, and a poolside bar with a fridge water cooler and sink. Finally, a splendid roof terrace provides the perfect location to watch the sun go down.

The villa is situated in close proximity to Coral Bay. This popular resort provides all the facilities for a relaxing holiday. The centre is lined with shops and a variety of bars and restaurants offering a choice of Cypriot and international cuisines. The wonderful sandy beach provides warm shallow waters and numerous water sports. Paphos is a short drive away where historical sites and a livelier night-life may be found.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. This is non-refundable. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure together with a £200.00 security/breakages deposit which is refundable provided there is no damage and breakages have been replaced.
    The changeover day is flexible.
  • Insurance- You are advised to make your own insurance arrangements and note that booking deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
  • Air conditioning/central heating and wireless internet are included in the rates pool heating (gas boiler) is available at a surcharge, (approx £40 per day)

  • Bedroom one has fitted wardrobes with patio doors opening out onto the upstairs balcony with an en-suite shower room with a power shower and W/C. Bedroom 2 has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and sea and mountain views. Bedroom three has fully fitted wardrobes with a large en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower enclosure and double patio doors leading out onto the pool-side terrace and gardens. Bedroom four also has fitted wardrobes with views onto the fields opposite and sea beyond, the adjacent family bathroom is complete with separate shower cubicle and corner bath.

Notes: The downstairs lounge has a wall mounted 42'plasma screen TV and is furnished with leather furniture to seat 12. There is satellite TV (limited channels)and a DVD player in this room- a selection of DVDs are provided in the villa. Patio doors lead out onto the pool-side terrace. There is also a good sized utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a fridge-freezer. A kettle and tea making facilities are available in this room. A safe is provided here for storing valuables. Outside a large covered pergola, complete with dining furniture provides shelter from the midday sun or a pleasant environment for al fresco dining in the evening. There is also a stone bar area alongside with a fridge, water cooler and sink as well as a stone built BBQ. A large roof terrace offers panoramic views of the sea and mountains. An outside WC and washbasin serves the bar and pool area. The pool can be heated (gas boiler-surcharge) in low season. The pool has an inbuilt jacuzzi.
