Additional information about rental rates

  • Please note that there is no extra charge for the use of air conditioning.
  • Our preferred changeover day is Wednesday. This has been forced upon us by the airline companies which run the bulk of their flights from the UK into Paphos on a Wednesday to Wednesday basis. However, if this is inconvenient we will do our best to be accommodating.
  • BOOKING INFORMATION:

    If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take this villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days upon request. Once you have secured suitable flights and are in a position to confirm the villa booking we ask for a down payment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement.

Guest Book 2: Chris, We returned on Saturday from a wonderful week at the Eriketti Villa. I just wanted to let you know that the villa was perfect, and exactly what we were looking for. We spent most days out exploring the rich cultural and historic diversity of the island, - and returning to wonderful relaxing times and BBQ's by the pool! Andrew

CAR HIRE & AIRPORT TRANSFERS: If you would like to hire a car for your holiday, we recommend a local company which will offer you a great deal on car hire. Included in their service, they meet you at the airport (Paphos) and deliver the car to you there. You can then follow them to the villa where they will hand over the keys to the property. This means that you will save an average of € 110.00 for the arrival and return journey to the airport in taxi fares. Their car hire rates are very attractive and we have always been encouraged by the reviews posted to us by previous guests. Alternatively, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Dear Chris,
I would just like to thank you for our fabulous holiday.
The villa was lovely and had everything in that we needed. Not only that but the locals were very nice and friendly.
Needless to say my family thoroughly enjoyed staying at your villa and will be recommending your website to many others.
In readiness for our holiday next year my parents have decided that they would love to return to either the same villa or another with similar features.
