Notes to the rental rates

• Different rates for different party sizes, as I offer discounts for couples, (instead of supplements!)
  Rates shown above are starting prices for when 4 people share. Conditions apply. Wednesday and Sunday changeover generally, but we are flexible on this now that Easy Jet are flying daily from Gatwick.
  For up to date availability and prices, contact us for our own website details. We always offer special offers for bookings within the next 30 days. Last minute October £525 per week 2 persons, £560 3 - 4 persons
  
• Rental includes: A generous Welcome Hamper of food including white wine, bread, cheese, fruit, milk, coffee, tea etc. Full mineral water dispenser. Cleaning prior to arrival. For 2 week bookings, the maid will clean the villa after 1 week when she brings the clean linen and towels. Please supply your own beach towels. Guests will be visited by my Representative, usually the day after arrival, to ensure all is well. See note in villa. Representative is also available via a mobile phone, in case of any problems.

Irene, we returned from Cyprus last weekend and I just have not had time to email you since! The villa was excellent and the situation in Polis was beautiful, we really enjoyed our time there and we didn't want to come home! It was a delight to have the a/c having been in the sun all day, and the short walk into Polis was extremely pleasant in the evening. There are numerous restaurants that were all excellent value, Moustakalis and Finikas were our preferred places. There was a pizzeria (La Piazetta I think) that was good, and also a little Italian in the square that was good! CY-Breeze were at the airport waiting as you arranged, and we took the Mitsubishi Pajero. They could not have been more helpful, and I would recommend them to anybody! We would all like to thank you for your efforts, and can't wait to go back when we can! Suzie Axtell 18 August 2006.

Irene - I just wanted to write and tell you that my sister and I had the most wonderful time in the Villa in Polis - everything went very smoothly from the moment we left home. Very good flight, well looked after and on time (even early on the way back!!), our nice Taxi man was waiting for us on arrival (later in the week we met him in the village and we went to have coffee with him and his wife in their shop) and then to arrive at No 4 Villa where everything was very well catered for and beautifully clean. As you suggested we did one big shop at the supermarket and had it delivered for us - what service! Great to have the starter pack and the iced water on tap was a godsend. We didn't need to hire a car as we walked into the villages most evenings (always feeling very safe even if it was past midnight) and had some memorable meals in the little Tavernas. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - perhaps they thought we were two useless English girls but we loved it. We felt guilty...

Dear Irene, we would like to thank you for a fantastic honeymoon, we had such a wonderful time and we would recommend it to everyone! The villa was absolutely brilliant! We felt like millionaires! It was just everything, our own pool, with a pool boy coming everyday, seeing that we were OK and helping us, if we needed it and he was so nice and friendly, he sometimes brought his puppy with him, which was such fun watching him run around like a crazy pup! The villa itself had everything you could possibly need in it, and was absolute luxury! On the balcony you could see the stunning sea views and relax there and watch the lovely sunset every evening. The locals were very helpful and friendly, and the Polis Village was just for John, and me as it was not too big and loud, and had all that you needed there, with plenty of shops restaurants, which I think ...Denise and John Parsons
