This luxury 3-storey villa is situated on the coast. It has a private swimming pool, 3 bedrooms and one attic. There is air-conditioning, heating and also a satellite television.Heated pool optional. On the ground floor there is a sitting room, dining room with beautifully built centrepiece fireplace, overlooking vanishing edge swimming pool and sea, it all faces west, fantastic sunset view. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bed, WC, shower and washbasin. The terrace has teak sunbeds surrounding the swimming pool. On the 1st floor is a master bedroom, double bed with ensuite bathroom (jacuzzi) overlooking the sea. A bedroom with 2 single beds, ensuite bathroom that overlooks the sea. Both have access to large veranda. In the attic is a sea view study room with sofa bed. The terrace offers area suitable for mobile barbecue for those evenings when you want to enjoy the best sunset in Cyprus from your villa.

  • 30% deposit required upon accepted reservation. Additional 70% due upon arrival. In case of full payment 3 months before arrival a 3% discount will be made. No cancellations after deposits received. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Spectacular sunsets from a beautiful house

It was our first journey to Cyprus and we really enjoyed it very much. The friendliness of the people is amazing and there are many things to see.

The best part of our trip were the 9 days we spent in Villa Paradiso. It is a wonderful place with a beautiful view, furnished in a very tasteful way. I can definitely recommend it, provided that you feel comfortable with yourself and with your fellow-travellers. The place is very peaceful and quiet, a perfect opportunity to relax.

The property is well looked after and you get every assistance that you need. You can cook your food in a well-equipped kitchen or you go across the road where you find a very nice tavern.

A first class villa in a spectatular location

This was our 5th visit to Cyprus and our 4th in the Akamas peninsula. We have stayed in villas thoughtout both through travel agents and direct with a greek rental agency.

Villa Paradisso was the best villa we have stayed in so far. It met all our requirements in that it was private, had spectacular sea views, was clean and tidy and was well equipt. The standard of the decoration and furniture was very high and the beds comfortable.

Our age's ranged from 80 years old to 11years old and it was suitable for all.

The photographs are a true reflection on the look of the villa but the photographs do not let you breath the beautiful sea air and enjoy the most amazing sunsets.

It is a villa well work the extra Euro's.

We hope we will be lucky enough to be able to stay again.
