This splendid, newly built villa is situated immediately in front of the beach and offers panoramic views of the coastline and Akamas peninsula to the front and dramatic mountain views to the rear. It is set in extensive grounds and is very private. On the ground floor is the luxurious lounge/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has high quality fixtures, fittings and appliances, and the air-conditioned living room has luxurious cream leather sofas and patio doors leading out to a covered veranda. 2 bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, a double with a TV and en-suite bathroom and a twin with en-suite shower room. On the first floor there is the master double bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom, and a further twin with en-suite shower room. Both of the bedrooms have large furnished terraces offering panoramic views. Outside, the large 9m x 4m pool has walk-in steps, and there is a barbeque area, pool shower and ample sunbeds & parasols, with the sea just a few steps away.

The villa is located directly on the sandy beach which sweeps along the coastline from Polis around the bay to Pomos. The small, picturesque village of Yialia has a couple of traditional tavernas and local coffee shops, whilst the traditional town of Polis with it's pretty Town Square and restaurants, bars, cafes and shops can be reached within 10 minutes drive. The neighboring village of Latchi boasts many excellent fish tavernas clustered around the harbour, from where you can take a relaxing boat trip around the Akamas Nature Reserve, or try your hand at the numerous watersports on offer. Paphos Town with its many shops, daily market, cosmopolitan harbour and excellent waterpark can be reached within 45 minutes drive.

  • Air-conditioning is optional and if required can be paid for locally at the rate of 5 euros per unit per day, except the large unit in the living room which is charged at 8.50 euros per day.
  • Rates include:
    Weekly maid service - Welcome grocery pack
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost is required. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by credit/debit card. Please note that payments by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.

Beach Villa with Sea Views

This villa is fairly private (only one house next door but they can see part of the patio and pool from their balcony). This is ideal for families with young children 4/5 years and upwards. The pool is shallow with steps - not really ideal for serious adult swimming but great for the kids to mess about in.
There are 4 great double bedrooms with ensuites and a/c. Kitchen & lounge facilities are good but limited sky channels. No WiFi or broadband
There is direct access to the beach. A main road in the front of the house makes it noisy & unsafe for toddlers as there is no gate at the entrance. Traffic noise from Stirling Moss copy cats makes the road noisy even at night.
The owners are lovely and very welcoming and bring presents such as homemade cakes etc.
If you can live with the road noise it is a very lovely villa in a good spot with beach access and sea views.
