The villa locally known as 'The Castle' is situated in a unique hilltop position, approached via its own long private driveway. The high-standard accommodation is over two floors. The ground floor comprises of an open-plan lounge/dining room/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and the luxurious lounge offers a wealth of audio and visual entertainment. Also on the ground floor is the first bedroom with twin beds, en-suite shower room, and also a seperate guest cloakroom. The first floor comprises of two double bedded rooms, both with beautiful 4-poster beds with exquisite colour co-ordinated bed linen, curtains and cushions. The master double has en-suite bathroom, and the second double has a shower room. Taking pride of place outside is the magnificent swimming pool (approximately 35 feet long - 1,200 sq feet - probably one of the largest of it's kind on any holiday villa on the island!) There is a pergola for shade, ample sunbeds, table & chairs and poolside shower, and a barbeque.

The villa is completely private and cannot be overlooked and is set in an elevated position affording breathtaking views of the coastline and the Mediterranean Sea . Argaka is a quiet, unspoilt village, known for it's many fruit orchards and quiet beaches. The town of Polis is just a 5 minute drive, and here you will find a good selection of traditional tavernas and international-style restaurants, cafes, shops and a daily market on the pedestrianised town square. A further 5 minute drive away is the fishing village of Latchi where you can take a boat trip around the peninsular of the unspoilt Akamas National Park, try your hand at the numerous watersports on offer, or just relax in one of the harbour-front fish tavernas. Paphos Town with it's excellent shopping opportunities and cosmopolitan harbour can be reached within 45 minutes. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended in order to explore the surrounding countryside and also as the villa is reached via an partly unmade track
